Hey Difference Maker, in this episode we are continuing the "I Quit" conversation with my twin Jodi OC, and this is a good one. You might actually be knocked between the eyes if you're currently feeling burned out, either physically, mentally, emotionally, or as Jodi says spiritually.

Now just as a reminder, Jodi is an Enneagram Type 8, Manifesting Generator and a 5/1 Heretic Investigator. And I am an Enneagram Type 7, a Generator and a 6/2 Role Model Hermit. Now I've only been implementing the Human Design into my business since the fall of 2022, and so this part of the conversation I do kind of mess up and I flip flop the words a little bit, but you get the gist.

Hey, Difference Maker, we're rewinding back to the beginning of the conversation with my twin Jodi O C, talking about quitting the things in our lives that aren't serving us anymore or serving others. And you know what? I bet you could add to this list because every personality is different. 

Now just for reference, remember Jodi and I aren't really twins, but we do share a birthday even down to the year, and we still have different personality profiles.

For example, Jodi is a Type 8 on the Enneagram. She's a Manifesting Generator and a 5/1 profile.

But I am a Type 7 on the Enneagram, a Generator, and a 6/2 profile.

We have a lot of stuff in common, which is probably why we get along so well, but we're still our own individual people.

Hey Difference maker! It has been a crazy 2023 so far. Is it just me or have weird things been happening to you too?

I feel like I need to catch you up on what has been happening in the last two weeks. I got banned from YouTube. Not once, not twice, but three times.

All in a two week span before our  official launch date.

And it's not just that all while going through some health issues, some family drama, Almost losing a team member that I value so much.

And this has all happened since the last episode that I released.

And the irony is, is that last episode was the three things to do when plans don't go your way. And so since then, A lot of plans have not gone my way.

I mean, talk about divine timing. I needed to hear that episode myself. And follow my own advice.

Obviously I was forced to postpone the YouTube launch.

And somehow we still manage to meet the February 27th deadline.

 It just didn't look quite the way I originally planned.

And you are not going to believe all of the divine interventions that went into it and culminated to this exact moment.

I am about to spill all of the tea.

Not for a pity party, but hopefully you are going to feel encouraged that you are not alone. Life and business can get really messy really quickly, but it doesn't have to be stressful

if you maintain your alignment.

So in this episode, I'm going to be telling you how I got through one of the most stressful two weeks of my life.

And the joy that has come out of all of it. Stick around.

Today, we are here with Dorene Olsen talking about the 5 Love languages.  And I'm so excited if this is your first time at catching this series, what we are doing is going through different personality systems to really understand ourselves and unbox ourselves in a different way.

Maybe you're new to the Enneagram and you're not quite picking it up, but you understand Myers Brigg or you understand Love languages. Or maybe, Enneagram is old hat and you're kind of bored with it and you just want to know what are other ways that I can see myself.

Every project's different depending on what your project is like.

So part of your planning is you need to know all the different roles that you need within your project  and who's gonna play them. And if you're gonna play them all, great, but you might need to develop some skills in order to play that role. 

Or you can delegate.

Today we are talking with Marianne Bell about DISC and using it in project management, we're actually talking about  the Maxwell version of the DISC profiling system This is a fun fact. Before I was an Enneagram person, I was a DISC person. So, this is super interesting to me.

And I am so excited to get into this because me being a high I and also a type seven who is future referencing and always thinking about the future, I don't always stop to think about the details of what it takes to complete a project and so this is definitely gonna help me and hopefully it will help others too.
