AMY BROWN is the CEO and Founder of Instaphysique. Brown has carved her niche in Sacramento with a unique fitness experience that involves the MEGAFORMER. Instaphysique has two locations in Sacramento and Roseville. For seven years and running, Brown has navigated through a pandemic. Brown was inspired by the Lagree Fitness Method that Amy was introduced to in 2006 while she lived in Southern California. The Sac High graduate took that knowledge and her experience to open Instaphysique seven years. One location in Sacramento quickly became two locations (Roseville). And there is talk of possibly a third location. Entrepreneurs ... I encourage you to tune into this episode. You are going to learn a lot.
