KERRY WOOD | Sacramento Region Community Foundation CEO

KERRY WOOD loves May 5th and it doesn't have anything to do with Cinco de Mayo. For 13 years, the Big Day of Giving in the Sacramento area is a BIG THING. Wood is the CEO of the Sacramento Region Community Foundation and as CEO is in charge of this annual event. What is the Big Day of Giving? It's an opportunity for the Sacramento region to support the non-profits in the area. Consider the numbers. Since its inception in 2013, the Big Day of Giving has raised over 78 million dollars, including a record 13.4 million that was raised last year. This year, a record 760 organizations will benefit from donors like you and I.
