In response to the growing need for diesel technicians, Daimler Trucks North America has taken a leading role in creating recruiting, training, and retention practices. This month, Mike Mallett, Daimler's training programs manager, shares some of the approaches his organization takes in order to end the technician shortage, including through the Finish First and Get Ahead programs.
