What does the Bible say about Stewardship?
According to scripture, God created Earth for mankind and we are now stewards of His creation. This means it is our responsibility to look after and take care of this world. We should accept this responsibility and appreciate God's gift of creation for being our home. Our stewardship of creation involves the caretaking of the environment and animals as well as our families and communities.
Charles Bugg defines stewardship in the Holman Bible Dictionary as "Utilizing and managing all resources God provides for the glory of God and the betterment of His creation."

BIBLE VERSES MENTIONED IN THE BIBLE ON STEWARDSHIP:

1 CORINTHIANS 4:1-5

This, then, is how you ought to regard us: as servants of Christ and as those entrusted with the mysteries God has revealed. 2 Now it is required that those who have been given a trust must prove faithful. 3 I care very little if I am judged by you or by any human court; indeed, I do not even judge myself. 4 My conscience is clear, but that does not make me innocent. It is the Lord who judges me. 5 Therefore judge nothing before the appointed time; wait until the Lord comes. He will bring to light what is hidden in darkness and will expose the motives of the heart. At that time each will receive their praise from God.

NOTES - We are called to stewardship - everything FROM God, we are called to steward faithfully. FAITHFULLY - that means we are instructed to take this seriously - He also says we are not to compare each other in these entrustments, not to judge in our stewardship … Comparisons in these matters are pointless. So Maybe your conscience is clear, but that doesn’t prove we are right. It is the Lord himself who will examine us and decide.  we are called to not make judgments about anyone ahead of time—before the Lord returns. Because HE is the only one who can say “Well Done”

Stewardship matters for Eternal life.
