Terrance went missing in 2004, from Naples, Florida, where witnesses saw then-deputy for collier county Sheriff’s deputy Steven Calkins arrest him, and he was never seen again. Felipe cantos, went missing in 2003, after witnesses saw - you guessed it - Steven Calkins put him in the back of his patrol car, and yet again, he hasn’t been seen since.
