I’d like to begin this episode by acknowledging the land that I am learning and living on is the traditional un-ceded, un-surrendered territory of the Algonquin Anishnaabeg People.

We never know when or where our leadership journey will take us.  Yes, we try our hardest to create long-term schedules, to control our own leadership destiny, but most often, we experience leadership opportunities in the wildest of moments, often coming at us from directions we never saw coming.

But what do you do when the opportunity arrives?  Most often, fear and dread kick in.  The self-loathing questions start in our mind, “Am I good enough?  Am I smart enough?  Why would they choose me? “

In this episode, you’ll hear from Sheri Miter, a Visionary Strategist, Leader Strengths Coach and Gallup Certified Clifton Leadership Assessor, who will help emerging leaders by talking about the Gallup-Certified Clifton Strengths Assessment tool.  Sheri will talk about the unique features of this assessment tool and how it might offer emerging leaders a better understanding of themselves and their leadership traits.
