Leadership Inspiration Sources
Speaker 3we .
Speaker 2Okay , Question two who do you look to for leadership inspiration ?
Speaker 3This is the most horrible suck up answer . I hate this . My boss , kevin Eikenberry , who literally wrote the book I mean , he wrote Remarkable Leadership and he's written with me these three books . I have never met anybody in my life who walks it the way he talks it like Kevin does and visibly makes the effort to do that . It's both inspiring , intimidating and occasionally annoying .
Speaker 2Question number three cup half full or cup half empty ?
Leadership Strengths and Improvements
Speaker 3I am a pessimist by nature . I think , glass half empty . I'm one of these people who really likes Monday mornings , mainly because I'm a pessimist and I know it's going to go downhill and that's as good as it's going to go downhill and that's as good as it's going to get all day Like nothing's gone wrong . Yet I mean , that's my approach . So I I'm a glass half empty kind of guy , unfortunately .
Speaker 2Hey , there's no wrong answer . I appreciate that . Question number four what would you like to improve about your leadership style ? Number four what would you ?
Speaker 3like to improve about your leadership style . I think it's my need to take a breath . I tend to react rather than respond .
Speaker 2Fantastic . And the final question what do you think is your leadership strength ?
Speaker 3Energy . I think that I bring energy to what I do and I try to energize , and you know , whether it's through humor or whatever it is that I do , I think I bring energy to the table .
Speaker 2Perfect , that's it . That's the lightning round . You did fantastic . How are you feeling about it ? A little sore , but I'm okay , oh no , you did really really great .
