Okay , question three Cup half full or cup half empty . I like to say I'm a realist , which is that the cup is half full if you're drinking and cup is half empty if you're pulling it out , if you're like pouring it out like it's both , it's neither and both at the same time all right fantastic all depends on what you're trying to do .

Yeah , absolutely Absolutely . Question number four what would you like to improve about your leadership style ?

I have a very strong personality , and that means that I'm not going to be a match for all other personalities , and so I wish , in an effort to help more people , I could learn to be slightly less this , only to be able to mirror them and help them .

Okay , and the final question what do you think is your leadership strength ?

So a friend of mine has a podcast and it's a lawyer podcast , but she's working also with leaders and her question is what is your superpower ? And my answer was that I could speak confidently pretty much about anything , and so that is one of my leadership strengths that I can speak with confidence and that helps people follow , because if'm confident , they're confident in me .
