This podcast is part of a post over on the blog, which you can check out here ---> http://www.survivingmypast.net/dissociation-in-daily-life/ where I am discussing a follow up on living with Dissociation in daily life as a survivor of abuse. Dissociation and Dissociative Disorders is something that is close to my heart; living with Dissociation every day, I'm never too far away from the reminders of my past. My mind still takes off into never never land quite often, but I do know there is hope. I share some of that with you on this podcast. Along with that hope though, comes the realization that I will likely have this for the rest of my life, so learning how to best deal and cope is a top priority. That comes from continued work in healing. Check it out, see what you think, give me a follow, and share this with someone who may need it.Be sure and check out www.SurvivingMyPast.net - and follow me on social media.Twitter: @SurvivingMypastFacebook.com/SurvivingMyPastInstagram.com/SurvivingMyPastPinterest.com/SurvivingMyPast
