What does Jesus really mean when He says, “Whatever you ask in My name, I will do it”?

In this Memory Verse Monday, we break down John 14:13–14 and discover why praying “in Jesus’ name” is more than simply adding those words to the end of a prayer. It’s about aligning our hearts with His will, trusting His authority, and seeking God’s glory—even when His answer isn’t the one we expected.

In His name. According to His will. For His glory.

How to Become a Christian

1.Acknowledge you are a sinner. “For all have sinned and come short of the glory of God. Romans 3:23
2.Believe that Jesus died for your sins, was buried and was raised from the dead. “If you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised him from the dead, you will be saved.” Romans 10:9
3.Call on the Lord in faith and repentance. “For whoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved.” Romans 10:13
