This is quite literally about how to maintain or achieve a positive, healthy state of mind, body and soul despite what the news has to offer about horrific incidents of humans hurting innocent others. The truth still remains, we have the most to do with our energy field and what we focus on is what we create. In this case we DO need to look at the problem and as a society, make some decisions about how to bring quick and sufficient solution to this problem. While we do that, we need to nurture ourselves in ways most are not aware of. It is my pleasure to begin sharing that with you today. More next time.
