Your husband or wife leaves for a trip and you freak yourself out when you haven't heard from them when they said they'd call.   Or maybe its just a normal day but realizing 'anything could happen' your mind, goes there..... Doom and gloom and what would that feel like.  This podcast is about the Condition & Cure from my personal experience with ANTICIPATORY GRIEF.  

Nobody talks about this - especially because its about the tears over visualizing life after the death of a person who is perfectly fine today! No one is terminally ill - but the fear ebbs and flows and as it does the latter it wreeks  havoc with ones emotional well-being and ultimately their own physical wellness  and quality of life.   Research shows that experiencing this grief repeatedly ahead of time doesnt lessen the effect when the person you're grieving really DOES DIE!!! So you're just doing it to yourself over and over and over again!
