Kingdom Culture Conversations
Northwest Christian School's annual student-centered, Gospel-reading campaign is called REDLETTERCHALLENGE.ORG.
And, we tend to get so excited about all of it -- students, the Gospels, and the art and science of inspiring students to develop a daily devotional discipline -- that things tend to get carried away!
That's certainly the case with Fall 2026. Launched in elementary chapel on Wednesday, August 26th, REDLETTERCHALLENGE.ORG invites students into the daily discipline of time in God's word. We read one chapter per day, working our way through the four gospels, over the course of three months. Along the way, as we work to inspire a love of daily time with Jesus, we provide extrinsic reminders of the intrinsic worth that such a commitment can make in their lives!
To assist our families with this process, as we move through the Red Letter Challenge, each day for the next several weeks, we're going to publish a podcast episode within the Kingdom Culture Conversations venue, that features Geoff Brown reading that day's gospel chapter.

["What About?" Wednesday] Robby Lashua of Stand to Reason: What about Santa? Should Christ-Followers be Anti-Santites?
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
You know it is going to be a memorable episode of Kingdom Culture Conversations when we need to kick it off with a disclaimer!
As you'll hear on today's "What about? Wednesday" episode with Stand to Reason apologist Robby Lashua: "It truly is up to every believer to approach God’s word humbly and seek out truth independently. Today’s conversation is not meant to be the sole determinant of whether or not your home should celebrate Christmas or celebrate Christmas with Santa. Today’s conversation is simply meant to inspire you to think and discuss this issue and then to independently–using God’s word as a guide–decide the issue on your own."
Things are going to get interesting today as G, Robby, and J.T. Barnes discuss: is Santa an appropriate approach to Christmas in Christian homes?
