They open up with a heart felt question posed by Coach E asking the fellas, what's your redo in life? If you can look back over your life and see that one thing that you can do over, what would it be? Trust and believe these are some great answers and flashbacks. After that we discuss a email from a listener with a question about the Cavs Cavs Cavs. With that question being asked it takes the crew to a whole other topic on which Cavs team would you take, the 2016 championship team, or this year's Cavs team. Things get very interesting after that. As usual Coach E leaves us with a post game word titled "Know When To Buck Back"
