In the fall of 2022 I took part in the 75 Hard challenge as a way to jumpstart multiple areas in my life. In addition to drinking a gallon of water per day, working out twice a day, reading 10 pages of a non fiction book, and more I decided to record daily podcast episodes about my mindset during 75 Hard.
