What is going on? I am Johnny. Thank you for tuning in to this episode of the Johnny Boy Studios Podcast. In this episode, you saw by the title, I want to talk about what I am calling the rebirth of Johnny Boy. Now, for the first six months of the year, my last podcast episode went live in February of 2026. And since then, so much has happened in my life. So much has been changing. It has been an ever evolving situation. I mean, that's life though, right? We're never the same as we were a month ago, two months ago, certainly not who I was six months ago. So at this point in my life, you know, similar to last year, I sat down and I said I was gonna lock in for the rest of the year. And that's what I did in 2025. I got a jumpstart on some things and it was really good. Well, the first half of 2026 has been a journey to say the least. But what I would rather say is that it's been a preparation. It's been an incubation stage. And this second half of the year, this July, August, September, October, November, December 2026, that's my rebirth. That's when new things are coming out. And for this episode, I have one, two, three, four, five, six, seven different areas that I've broken down this uh this podcast episode into. And I'm gonna talk about those seven different areas. Because I believe that I am in a season of rebirth. And I think it's important for other people to recognize when they are in seasons. And that's one of the reasons why I wanted to hit play, not hit play, why I wanted to hit record and just come in and go ahead and talk to you guys about what's going on in my world and how I am recognizing that I am in a new season, that it is a time of rebirth, of renewal, of reset for me. I've I've named or themed 2026 the year of reset. And that includes resetting Johnny Boy as a whole. So let's talk about that. First area that I want to cover is the mindset, because I believe that everything stems from your mindset. If you don't believe you can do something, you never will. If you don't believe you can run that mile, lift that weight, um, if you can you don't believe you can get that job, you don't believe you can go on a date with that one person. If you don't believe that you can lose the weight or move to that new city or go on that vacation or beat that video game, there's so many different things. If you don't believe it, you're never going to accomplish that thing. So for me, it starts with mindset. And in this season, I want to focus on the mindset of the rebirth, the mindset of reset and relaunch of doing things new. That's how I'm approaching this. Everything is new, everything is what got you here won't get you there. So rather than try and continue with what got me here, I am resetting my approach. I'm relaunching, it's kind of a soft relaunch of everything that is Johnny Boy. And that's how we're going about it. I'm attacking everything with a vengeance. I'm attacking everything with a passion because I truly believe that this season is gonna be a great season for me. And I'm attacking it head on. I'm I'm going full force, just head down, nose to the grindstone, whatever phrase you want to plug in here, whatever euphemism you want to use, I am going after it. And whereas the first half of the year, there there's been, you know, there's been some hiccups and there's been some setbacks. And um, my father passed at the end of March. And honestly, I thought I was doing well with it, but I look back, and over April and May, it was affecting me in ways that I did not anticipate. Also, the beginning of March was the one-year anniversary of losing my dog of 12 years. The beginning of April is when we we we uh laid my father to rest. And then um after that was the one-year anniversary of losing my dog Simba, who I lost tragically to cancer. And then there was the anniversary of moving to uh Las Vegas. There were so many different things that happened during this time. So I give myself grace, I give myself um a little bit of just leeway in the first half of the year and how I approached it and how things were different. But what I am telling you is that the second half of the year is going to be different. It is it's the the rebirth, it is the relaunch, it is the reset, it is everything that we wanted to accomplish, but life's had it had other plans and I got a little derailed, but we're back and we are attacking. Why am I saying we? It's me. I'm back and I'm attacking it. So, what does that mean? What does this rebirth look like? So, first of all, well, we just talked about mindset, that's the first one. Second of all, is the the direction of the rebirth, and what that means is I am honing in, I am zeroing in, I'm doing the laser focus of highly servicing my local area, of working with and for my ideal client, it is going deep into the fitness and physique photography, servicing the fitness industry in multiple ways. It means diversifying both my offering and my income. It means that every month, uh not every month, every quarter, I will be investing in a personal project because I believe personal projects are what really keep creative businesses alive. You obviously have to have clients, you have to have income, revenue, so on and so forth. But in doing this, the the personal projects are what fill fuel your creativity. They're what give you that outlet. They offer new exciting ways that you can go about um showcasing your your knowledge base, your services. Personal projects allow you to branch out into other areas than what may be your main area of focus. So moving forward, I'm going to have a personal project every single quarter. It's just it's going to be baked into how I operate, how I run, how things are progressed from here on out. So the direction of the rebirth is servicing the fitness and physique community, servicing that fitness industry with my photography services. It is highly servicing my local area, honing in even more on my ideal client. It is doing quarterly personal projects and then offering a diversification of both my offerings and my income. Those two kind of go together hand in hand. If you diversify your offering, your service, the things that you are going to be, you know, the what it is that you're putting out for people to give you money for, that means you, by definition, will be diversifying your income. So that will be high on the list. And it is definitely something that we are going to be pursuing again with the we. I don't know why I do that. Um, but it is definitely something that we will, that I will be pursuing moving forward. All right, so we've hit mindset, we've hit the direction. Now let's talk about marketing. I wrote down three specific things for marketing. Number one, ideal client. Now, everyone in the marketing space will tell you that you need to know who you are talking to. You need to have that language that they speak. You need to know what their problems are, their likes, their dislikes. You need to know where they congregate, whether that's in person or if there is an online community. You need to know exactly what is going on with the people that you want to serve. And you need to have that ideal client outlined. Now, what I can tell you is that during the last six months, I have been a part of a mentorship program that was in place before all of these other twists and turns came about and before life uh just decided to come in and kind of kick me in the jaw. But this mentorship program had a lot of different things involved in it, including going deep on your ideal client, going deep on identifying their likes, what they wear, where they shop at, how they live, what they do in their recreational time, um, all of these things. So I've been going deep for the last six months on who exactly is my ideal client and how I can serve them. So I can tell you now and today that I have this so honed in. This was something that I actually just sat down with a notepad and um it wasn't a notepad, it was a notebook. And I wrote down, I think it was four, four and a half pages identifying and outlining who my ideal client is. And then I took that and I organized it a lot better. I put that into um, it wasn't in a notes app, it was, you know, just your your typical word processor. I think I did mine in pages because I'm Mac based and Microsoft wants a subscription when there's like nine other programs that can do the exact same thing. So I use pages and it gets the job done. But whatever. I I took my handwritten notes and I typed them up in pages and I have it saved on my computer. It's something that I can reference. It's actually saved in the cloud, so I can reference it on my um on my phone, on my iPad, basically anywhere that I want to bring it up, I can be in line at the grocery store, waiting to check out. And in doing so, I can pull up my ideal client and just read through who they are and how I show up for them. That was the first thing that I needed to do in my marketing. Because the second thing that I know I want to do in this particular season is content marketing. At least the second thing when it when it pertains directly to marketing efforts and how you put your name out there and so on and so forth. And I know content marketing content is it's my key right now. What does that mean? Well, I'll talk about that more in the next spot because that's actually uh bullet point number four is content. And I go deep into that. But what I will say, since we're still on the marketing stage, content marketing is something that is going to be big in this next season. And when it comes to marketing as a whole, there's different avenues. There's your PR, your direct sales, your um let's see, uh advertising. There are, I used to know all of these off the top of my head. There's six like main areas of marketing, and most people, most businesses only do two of them. You can pick any two. Oh, do I have my I might have it right here next to me? I do. I do, I do, I do. Okay, I had to step away for a second because I wanted to get I still have my book from college when I took a marketing course. It was my first main marketing course. Was it my first main? I don't remember. It might have been my second, but it was the one that actually stuck with me the most. And in it we talk about the six main areas of marketing. We're you'd think I would have it bookmarked by now, but I do not. Um it might be in the table of contents. So we are going to go. Okay, found it. So it's under our laundry list of promotional tools, and it is the six forms of promotion. The six forms of promotion are advertising, sales promotion, personal selling or canvassing, packaging, collateral materials, and publicity. So most people, most businesses only do personal selling or canvassing, and then some form of advertising. Very little do publicity, packaging. Yeah, that comes with a lot. And when I say most businesses, I'm thinking small businesses, entrepreneurs, solopreneurs, that level. Um bigger businesses definitely do better with like sales promotion and collateral materials and so on and so forth. But most people, most businesses uh that operate as a solo business, solopreneur, or a um like an entrepreneurial setup, most of them are only going to be doing most likely personal selling and advertising. And even the advertising might be on a smaller scale. So that being said, content marketing is something that I am going to be going big on in this upcoming season. And I will be talking about that in just a second. I'll get to that next. But first, um, the other bullet point that I have under marketing is direct sales. And direct sales is when you actually get out there. Uh, so in college, it was labeled personal selling. Let me just see if I can get to that very quickly here. I don't see it. Sales promotion. We don't want that. Personal selling. Um, if you are thinking that you are not the sales type or salesperson or born in not maybe uh that he goes on to talk about how everyone knows how to sell. And it's like when you want to go spend the night at your buddy's house when you're a kid and you want to do a sleepover, and you're like you have to sell your parents on it. Um in job hunting, selling is selling yourself to the company. Blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. Qualified prospect, dynamic presentation, making the clothes. Okay, so all of this is talking about how to do it. I was looking for um, I know it goes, oh, you know, I think it's in the chapter before. So I'm not gonna go into it. But basically, direct sales is when you go to someone and you say, buy my product, buy my service. I need to do more of that. I need to get out from behind the uh microphone. I need to get out from behind the keyboard, from behind my phone, and actually go get face-to-face with people and sell what I do. I need to make that connection and make those sales in person. So direct sales is going to be big in this next season as well. All right, so that's marketing. Going deep on my ideal client, going deep on content marketing, and doing more direct sales than ever before. That is what is going to lead to the rebirth of Johnny Boy, and it is going to be included in this reset that is happening all of 2026. All right, let's talk content because that is going to be a big player in this upcoming season. And what I mean by content, it's so multifaceted. I don't mean just taking a picture and putting it on Instagram. I do not mean just putting something out over on a podcast episode every once in a while. I have I've been working to develop a full comprehensive content strategy that will lead me towards my goals and that will also help the people on the other end. Now, this has started mainly with my website redesign. I have been working for a number of months on the back end of my website. And in relation to that, I've had just a landing page that was basically a coming soon page on my website for a long, long time. We're talking over a year, maybe a year and a half. It has been there and it's just been sitting there. And I I need, I I have needed to update my website so that it wasn't just that coming soon landing page. And I've started earlier this year, um, maybe the end of last year, I started with going into the back end and doing things, um, building out pages, building out galleries, and and and putting things together to do a full-on relaunch. And there's always been one more thing. There's always been something to change, something to update. I don't like the color on this page, I don't like the font on that page, I don't like how the images are displaying. I don't like where the links go. There's always been one little thing to change, one little thing to tweak. And finally, I said, you know what? I can still do all that later. And I took down the coming soon page, and instead, I have the main page. I have the website live now, and it is nowhere near where I want it to be, but I'll update it as we go. You can go and check it out right now, johnnyboyphotos.com, and there's more going into it, but it's gonna be something that's ever evolving in these next six months. I'm going to get the galleries up, um, update it rather, because galleries are there. And then we are going to there's the Wii again. So I'm gonna get the galleries updated, links built out better. I'm going to have an entire page dedicated to resources and recommendations that will help people in their own journey. I'm going to go ahead and uh build out blog posts. I'm going to have a blogging page where I post on, and this is also something that's part of content, but I'm going to be posting blogs to my photography website specifically to build SEO and to help my ideal client. See how that ties back in? So the website redesign has been going good, but it was time to just go ahead and make it happen and pull the trigger and not be so concerned about like, well, what are we doing? What's next? Blah blah blah blah blah, getting everything perfect. So instead, I said launch it and we'll go from there. So the website's live. And I will build out more pages as we go. Now, podcasting is also part of my content strategy moving forward. This is what you're listening to now. Um, this con this podcast is content that I will be continuing. It's been back and forth. But my goal is that between now and the end of the year, so for the next six months, you're gonna get a podcast episode every single week. I've already got the next three weeks recorded and public, uh, not published, but they're uploaded and scheduled, ready to go. But this one is the first one kind of announcing it because it's the rebirth. It's the rebirth of Johnny Boy, and part of that rebirth includes podcasting about my uh the things that I do creatively, entrepreneurially, my photography, but also a couple of other things. So where I am honed in on making Johnny Boy the Johnny Boy photos, the primary focus moving forward, I will occasionally touch on some other things and I'll tie you back into how it plays into the bigger scheme. If I do a book review, I'll tell you how those books play into and translate into um Johnny Boy photos and my photography. If I'm doing something with, I don't know, I bring a guest on, then that guest may be around photography, it may be around finances, it may be around health and wellness or mindset, and we'll talk about how that plays back into what I'm doing with photography. So the Johnny Boy Studios podcast is not going away. It will be here. And in doing so, I will talk about a little bit more than just photography, but photography will always be front and center. That'll be the main focus of my business moving forward. And um, the things that I talk about here on this podcast will tie back into that. I'm not gonna say every episode because maybe I will have some outliers here and there, but it'll definitely be a very large player moving forward. I'm also getting back to YouTube. So YouTube, my YouTube channel, didn't get any videos for a very long time. Then I published one in I think it was January, end of January, something like that, maybe early February. But I published one YouTube video, got that out there, and then um had to that's that's just when life took a turn. So what I am saying now is that YouTube is going to be getting regular videos published. I already have the first six videos planned. Three of those videos are already semi-edited. One video is already edited, edited, and live. It has been edited and it's live and uh it's not live, I'm sorry. It's uploaded, ready to go live. The next two are very close to being ready to go live, so those will be up very, very soon. But my goal with YouTube is weekly videos published and to grow that following there. I also have a goal of getting back to an email newsletter. Now it's something that I was doing pretty good at at the beginning of the year, fell off, but that's going to be coming back here soon. And with my email newsletter, what I was typically doing was here is a roundup, a little recap of everything that I've published this week. So here's a link to podcast episodes, to blog posts, to uh YouTube videos. This is everything that has been going on in Johnny Boy Studios this past week. And then I would send that to my email list. It worked well. So we're gonna be continuing that. We're also going to be adding in some other things to my email newsletter. If you are not subscribed already, there is a link in the description of this episode of the podcast. Go and sign up. It's delivered right to your email inbox. Obviously, that's how email works. But in case you miss anything as it's published, you can just sit there and get like this digest at the end of the week of everything that went live and um listen to it then or watch it then, or so on and so forth. So, content for the rebirth moving forward will include the email newsletter. It's also going to include social media pages like Instagram and TikTok because those have been big players for me recently. And they're also places that I feel like I have not necessarily put enough love and enough attention into. Now, I am a creator. Let me change that. I am a creative. So early days it was graphic design, and then it moved to audio production, and then it moved on to marketing and photography, and here I am today. You know, I have podcasts and YouTube and blog posts and social media. But what I can say is that when it comes to Instagram and TikTok, I feel like I have not really given them the effort that I know I personally am capable of giving. So my plan moving forward, my my strategy when it comes to content on social media moving forward is to actually, so I'm there is a bigger plan. I'm not gonna go as deep here as I could um as what I have outlined and planned, because that would just take up way too much time. But what I will say is that the plan includes posting regular content to uh these platforms, and then it includes live streaming and collaborations with other content creators, which will increase visibility, it'll increase impact, and that includes collaborations on Instagram, on TikTok, on YouTube, and on podcasting, maybe even a couple of collaborations on blog posts. We'll see. But the point is when it comes to content in this season, there is going to be a very, very big push. And that push is going to include all of these things that I've mentioned. And part of it is because I've keep hearing this voice in the back of my head. And it could be because I've listened to so much Gary Vaynerchuk, it could be because I've listened to so much Pat Flynn or Cliff Ravenscraft or whoever. You can call it the universe, you can call it last night's pizza. I don't care. Call it whatever you want. The voice keeps telling me that content is your key. Content is your way out. Content is the next season. It's all kind of wrapped into that. Content is the key that will unlock the door to the next season of your life, to the next phase of your life, to where you want to go from here. Content is key. And so what I know is that I need to kind of focus in and push out a massive amount of content in the next six months. I know I can do it. I'm not even concerned about that. It's a matter of sitting down and hitting record on the podcast. It's a matter of sitting down and editing a photo that is going to reflect my shooting style and putting that out there. It's a matter of going live on the various platforms on the Instagram, on the TikTok, or of taking that vast amount of videos and photos that I have saved on my own uh personal phone, on my professional equipment, all of these things. It's a matter of taking that and editing it down into a video, which I know I can do no problem. That's not gonna be it. It's just a matter of sitting down and doing the work. I know I have what it takes. I know I have the content it takes, and I have the equipment and the software and hardware, and I know that I have the skill set. So it is just a matter of sitting down and honestly doing all of the things I need to to take this content or to take everything that I have and organize it into content and then just hit publish. That's all that I I know that's what I need to do, and I know that's something I can do. I know it's something that I I not even should do, but it's something that I'm willing to do and that I'm going to do moving forward. Content is key, and I'm going to make content happen. Okay, so let's move on. I only have one, two, three more bullet points, and the last two will fly by. But before we get to that, let's talk about the next one, which is financial clarity. I have so much financial clarity right now about where I want Johnny Boyd to be. I have financial clarity about the income requirements, about the business budget, about what it takes to operate, about what I need to take home, um, where my pricing needs to be. I have so much clarity. Some of this came because I did a whiteboard exercise. And this is something that I got from Cliff Ravenscraft. I talk about him all the time. If you haven't done this, you absolutely should. And let's say you need to make um, let's say $1,000 per month. You need to bring in $1,000 per month. So the whiteboard exercise is you look at it and you say, okay, what can I do? What product or service can I offer that one person? No, no, no. It's what product or service can I offer that I can sell one time to uh for $1,000? And then you say, okay, can I find one person to give me $1,000 for this? And if the answer is no, then you say, All right, how can I repackage it, redo it, and can I find two people to give me $500 for it? What product or service can I sell or offer that will generate two people to give me $500? If you say I can't find two people, then you say, okay, what product or service can I find? Or can I offer that I can find people can find four people to give me $250? I'm not gonna be able to do that. Okay, can I find five people to give me would that be $200? No, I can't do that. Okay, well, can I find 10 people to give me $100? Can I find $100 people? I was about to say $10, and then I question my math. Is this right? $100 times ten. Yeah, all right, I did it right. Can I find a hundred people to give me $10? That's the whiteboard exercise. Now add a comma to that, right? Because maybe what you need is $10,000. It still breaks down the same way. Maybe what you need is $700. Maybe what you need is $12,000. Whatever it is, start with the number that you need to bring in. And then you look at, can I find one person? No. Can I find two people? No. Can I find three people? No. Can I find four? Okay, well, maybe. Okay. And then you look at that four and you say, How can I package this? How can I offer it? How can I make it happen so that four people send me? Um, in the in the case that I was just using, four people would be sending me $250 a month. And then you can set that up and you can say, is this something that I can do with recurring revenue? And I put together an offer, a package that brings $450 worth of returning clients every month, or do I need to go out every month and find those four people? However, you package it, however, you want to do it, start with the whiteboard exercise of saying, what is my goal? What do I need to bring in? And then work on your offer from there. So I did this. And because I did the whiteboard exercise, it brought me clarity about what I need to bring in. It brought me clarity about my operating budget. It helped me turn up my financial thermostat to where before, maybe I said, okay, all I need is $500 a month. And then I was able to turn up and say, well, actually, I need $800. Well, actually, I need $1,000. Not real numbers, but you guys get the idea. And it also helped me turn up my positioning for my pricing because the people that want to pay you, let's say, $200 for a product or service, that's not the same people who will pay you $1,000. You're not, you're not going to get a $200 client to become a $1,000 client for the same product or service. Now, you may be able to add on different things that get them to spend $200 five times over, and thus they become that $1,000 client. But that's not the same thing as um that one offer at $1,000. But because I did this whole exercise, I was able to say, this is where my positioning needs to be. So this is my new price. And also what this helped me realize is that I just like I was saying with the direction of both my offerings and incomes, I was able to identify a couple of different streams of income I had not considered before, which is going to help me diversify my income streams. And by doing so, I will be more able to, let's go with the $1,000. I will be able to hit that $1,000. And then I'll be able to turn around and hit maybe the $1,250, maybe $1,500. Because I diversify, and with one stream hitting that $1,000, and then maybe having two other streams bringing in, let's say, a uh $500 to $750, then I know my $1,000 goal is covered every single month. Again, not the real numbers, but it helps to illustrate the point and just kind of outline where my brain is focused at during this rebirth. The financial clarity that has come over the last six months in conjunction with the opportunity that exists, it's phenomenal. It's absolutely phenomenal. And it's only going to get better from here. So that's financial clarity. The whiteboard exercise, I've outlined my income requirements, my business budget. Um, I've identified multiple income stream opportunities. I've identified partnership opportunities to where I can bring in other people, I can partner with other people just on projects, so you know, on a one-off, not like full-on business partnerships. But hey, you do X and I do Y. We should partner up for this one product, this one service, do a launch together, do an event together, offer this together, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. And then from there, move forward with making um, you know, we make money and then we go our separate ways. So by sitting down and doing the whiteboard exercise, so much has come from it. I highly, highly, highly encourage you to do this if it's something that you haven't done before. Okay, the last two. During this rebirth season, I have come to realize how important it is to have community. And I am so incredibly fortunate. I am so incredibly blessed and and and just appreciative of a couple of different communities that I have around me. You guys might remember I put out an episode last year about how, or you know what? I think it was part of the um the locked-in season of 2025, how I wanted to plug into my local creator community. Well, I have, I absolutely have, and I've connected with some amazing photographers, some people who do uh painting and different types of artwork, um, a couple of performers here in the Las Vegas area. And I I've slowly but surely been building my local creator community, and I am so, so fortunate to be connected with some amazing individuals in this area. Additionally, I have VBA, the Visual Business Academy. And this is the mentorship program that I talked about a little bit earlier. Um, it's by Walita Zami. There are some incredibly talented people in this group, and it's just a small group of us, maybe um I don't know, 15 to 20, I would say. And even of that, there's probably somewhere around eight to 12 of us are the really active ones. But VBA, the Visual Business Academy, has been such a blessing to me. And we have a Discord chat where we we post our pictures, we talk about um, you know, lighting techniques and retouching techniques, and we talk about our contracts and and client relations and marketing. And when it comes to client relations, we don't discuss anything privileged, any private information, nothing like that. Just like a hey, I've got this going on with my client. I'm thinking about doing X, I'm not sure how to word it. What do you guys think? Um, hey, this is going on on my website. I'm trying to do blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. Has anyone ever worked with this platform? Do you guys know how to uh get this to connect to that? You know, we talk about different things. So on our Discord, we we go deep on subjects. We have office hours um with Waleed, who's a celebrity photographer. He's very accomplished in his career. Um we have, let's see, office hours. We have monthly one-on-ones, we have group chats. So many good things have come out of being a part of a community because you feel the connection, you feel the support. It's just such a good group that I have been extremely privileged to be a part of. And lastly, I have my Discord community, which is a completely different group. I was on TikTok live one night at the beginning of the year, and someone went live, and a bunch of us in the chat just kind of clicked fast forward about a week, and we have our own Discord group that we talk almost every single day, and we support each other. Um, when my father passed, this group put their arms around me, cut, you know, virtually. But the love and support that I felt from this group was incredible. So I just refer to them as my Discord community. Random group of people from all different walks of life, all different industries meet up and then uh form a connection, form a group. We talk, we text, we're in the voice chat, we hang out. It's just so incredible. And uh one of us had a little bit of a medical scare recently. Um, someone else, their their father isn't doing too well. Um some of us have things going on with court, and the amount of support and love and connection that just comes out of this group for each other is so unparalleled and it's so unheard of in this day and age. When uh at a time when everyone is looking for connection and belonging, I have been able to find that in a few different communities. I I found it in this Discord group, I found it in my local creator community, and I found it in V. So during a rebirth season, yeah, I feel the support. I feel the community. I feel the connection. And as I move into this new area, this new season of my life, this new season of Johnny Boy, I know these people are going to be there for me. There's a period at the end of last year where I felt the need to isolate. I felt the need to do it on my own, to figure it out and to just go for it. And that season is over. That season is done. I would encourage you that if you are trying to just grab life by the horns and kind of um not tell anyone where you're at and what's going on and how things are happening, I would encourage you to build your community. I would encourage you to find your connection and really go after being in concert with people. They don't have to be, I was about to say of like mind, but they don't have to be of like mind. They just have to be people that love you and will support you as you move forward. So I'll I'll leave that at that. The rebirth of Johnny Boy is continuing with community and support. I've got it from my local creator community here in town that I do photo walks with, that I go to meetups, that we go to galleries and openings with. I've got it online from the Visual Business Academy, VBA, from that amazing group who understand the ins and outs of the photo business, of the visual business that I work in. And then I've got it from my Discord community, who is just a group of just absolutely silly people who, man, I wouldn't trade any of them for the world. The just amazing group that seven months ago we didn't even know each other existed, and now we are all um just a group. We are, we are, these are my people. And lastly, the last thing I want to touch on is just going over some of the auxiliary brands that exist within Johnny Boy. Because I've I've said that my main focus moving forward is going to be Johnny Boy photos. But I have all these auxiliary brands. I have got 75 Hard Daily, I've got SoCal Live Music Review, Johnny's Library, I've got 0 to 40, and um the overall brand of Johnny Boy Studios. So what I can tell you is that Johnny Boy Studios isn't going anywhere because that is the umbrella. Everything exists under the umbrella of Johnny Boy Studios. 75 Hard Daily, I've decided to let that fall off. Um, it was a few years ago that I did it. It's got good kind of link juice, I would say, but I'm not pointing it anywhere. And, you know, they say not to read the comments and don't worry about the comments and blah, blah, blah. Don't let the comments affect you. But there is actually, there's a couple of comments about how I did 75 hard that are true. The comments themselves are kind of harsh, but what they are getting at is true. And I would rather take down the whole thing, which by the way, right now it's just the podcast. And I say, like, oh, click on this, and it's gonna direct you here. Well, where it would direct you, one of those platforms doesn't exist anymore. And I took down the landing page like years ago, so it would just be the podcast that we're talking about. But I I'm considering letting it go away completely as a whole, and then if I come back and do it again, it would be like 75 hard part two or take two or 75 hard 2.0 or something like that. I don't know. But I I think I'm gonna let it go, let the podcast go. And all that link juice, that's fine. I don't need it right now, anyway. Same with SoCal Live Music Review, because music, live music as a whole as a as just an idea is not something that has been important to me for a very long time. My friend Ashley passed away uh coming up on two years. Yeah, we're coming up on two years since uh she passed, and she was my concert buddy, and I I have not been to a concert since she passed, and there's nothing really behind that, it's just something that I don't feel a need to go to. So I have not been to a single concert since she passed away. Also, I don't live in Southern California anymore. So to have a brand called Southern California live music review doesn't really matter because it's just not right because I'm not in Southern California. I am here in Las Vegas. And I don't know what I would want to put in the Southern California review when I'm not in review. Um I'm not in Southern California to do a review. And I don't want to know if I like I don't know if I want to rebrand the whole thing to the Las Vegas live music review because I don't really go to live music in Las Vegas. I mean it might be fun, but this is also something took down the website years ago. Um the podcast is technically still live, but that might be going away as well. And I do not uh post, I haven't posted it to the social media pages in years. Years. I think the last time I post it would have been my last concert with Ashley before she passed. So that would have been 2024. Um, that would have been 2023 because she was diagnosed later in 2023 and then passed in 2024. So I don't know what's gonna happen with SoCal Live Music Review. Uh what I do know is nothing new is going there, so it's not even worth subscribing or following those those social media feeds. I mean, at the height of it, I had a website, I had a blog, I had um a Facebook group, uh, a Facebook page. Did I say podcast already? It was a podcast, a blog, Instagram, Facebook page, Facebook group. I had like seven things going on with it. And I would go to a show. Honestly, I started it as a way to do some things with taxes. Completely legal, completely legal. It was all legit, above board. But if I went to a concert and then I came home and wrote a blog post, recorded a podcast episode, put some stuff on social media, did all this, then I was able to, and I did it all under the brand of SoCal Life Music Review. Then, because I did a Schedule C on my taxes, I was able to write off the mileage and write off all of the expenses related to that show. So the the ticket price, any merch that I bought there, the hosting of my podcast, the hosting on my website, all of this stuff was able to be um written off. Who writes it off? I don't know. The people write it off. Any Shit Screaks fans in here? Um, I was able to write off all of the expenses related to going to this show because of how I was operating. I don't do any of that anymore. So I don't, it's not important. And that's why I've let everything go to the wayside other than the podcast, which has not got a new episode in a very long time, and I don't see a point right now of continuing that podcast. Now, that being said, I will just say it's not a priority. I don't know if it'll ever become a priority in the future, but for now, though that's falling off. Johnny's Library was just a podcast, and it um I think I had a landing page at one point. That is going away completely. That's just something it was a test. I didn't put enough love into it. It's not coming back. Don't worry about Johnny's Library. Uh, 0 to 40. That is coming back with a new fresh blog post. That's gonna be happening on a weekly basis. Uh, part of the content marketing strategy moving forward. Did we talk about uh I did not talk about it when I talked about content, but the 0 to 40 blog is absolutely gonna be getting a ton more posts, and it's gonna get links uh to it all over the place. And I will probably do both a podcast episode here on the Johnny Boy Studios podcast and a um a YouTube video specifically talking about the Zero to 40 brand and what's going on there. More on that later. Um lastly, we just have Johnny Boy Studios, which is once again the overall brand. It is what this podcast is titled, and it is what uh other things will, there's other things that are under the Johnny Boy Studios brand. My YouTube channel is Johnny Boy Studios because I wanted to talk about more than just photography, more than just music, more than just 75 Hard. I wanted to talk about the creativity behind all of these things and the entrepreneurship behind all of these things. So moving forward, Johnny Boy Studios, that will continue as a whole. This podcast will continue. My YouTube channel will continue. Zero to 40 will continue, but 75 Hard Daily, SoCal Live Music Review, and Johnny's Library. Don't expect anything new going to those platforms anytime soon. You will be greatly disappointed if you do. All right, so that is everything that I wanted to cover in this episode of the Johnny Boy Studios podcast. I talked about mindset, direction of the rebirth. Let me start that over. That's everything that I wanted to talk about in this episode, all about the rebirth of Johnny Boy. And doing that, we covered the mindset behind the rebirth. We covered the direction behind the rebirth, the marketing of the rebirth, what content will be going into the rebirth. We talked about the financial clarity that has come out of this rebirth. We talked about the community and the support that exists to facilitate this rebirth. And we talked about how the auxiliary brands that I've started over the years will look moving forward in this rebirth. That is what I wanted to cover. That is what I felt called to talk about. What my gut intuition told me I needed to hit record and just let it go. I needed to Elsa this episode, so I did. That's where we're at. The rebirth of Johnny Boy. Now, like I said, you my goal is to give you a new podcast episode every single week between now and the end of the year. I can tell you the next one, two, three, the next four are already recorded. Uh two of them are already uploaded and scheduled. No, no, no, something's wrong. This is four. So the next three are already recorded. Two have been uploaded and scheduled. Um and I will have the fourth one probably done by end of day tomorrow. This is going live Wednesday, July 1st, 2026. So by the end of the week, I will have one, two, three. I will have oh, you know what? By I'll be able to do it. I'll record it and get it uh uploaded by the end of the week. But by the end of the week, I will have the entire month of July uploaded and ready to go. Until then, so thank you so much for tuning in to this episode of the Johnny Boy Studios podcast. Until the next episode, which will be live very soon. We're gonna get back on that Monday morning schedule. Until then, thank you so much. I love you. Thank you for tuning in. Share it with a friend. I will talk to you soon. No, wait, that's not how I end it. Until the next episode of the Johnny Boy Studios podcast. Remember to go out and read a break.
