Our brains are the most powerful tool we have. We can completely reshape our reality by changing our perspective, overcome fears by simply consciously engaging with them, and reassure ourselves of all we are capable of. Being able to consistently work on and improve our minds and internal well-being is a critical component of our quests to success.

This week’s guest is Clif Smith. Clif is the author of the best selling book Mindfulness Without the Bells and Beads, a keynote speaker for different companies and organizations, (last year he gave 139 keynotes to over 50,000 people!) and also serves as Ernst & Young America’s Mindfulness Leader where he delivers practical training to over 65,000 ppl.

Throughout this episode Clif dives into his story of going from poverty to prosperity, why we need to get out of our comfort zone in order to see real growth, the basics of mindfulness, the 2 different types of meditation and how we can use them, how we can improve our internal dialogue and begin to control our thoughts, 3 things to maximize the amount of benefit you get form using mindfulness techniques, how to overcome the fear of failure by what Clif calls “Delving into the difficult," and so much more!!
