This week's episode is part two of our conversation with Rob Adams, former CEO of Adams Engineering and current Vice President of Langan Engineering. Rob has more than 30 years of experience in engineering management, master planning and land surveying throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex, as well as East and Central Texas. He has led projects for major clients including Chick Fil-A and McDonald’s, Academy, and more!

There’s a lot of factors that culminate into what people deem to be “success.” Whether it’s your ability to network and the social circles you spend time with, your ability to sell any product, the trades and skills you have learned over time, or simply doing really well at your job, what success requires is multiple traits working together to propel you to where you want to be.
