Eating healthy can seem like a daunting task when you look at the grand scheme of nutrition and all the components healthy eating requires. However, it can be as simple as following four rules of eating or choosing to add more color to your diet. Leaning more towards grilled vs fried food. Ordering the salad dressing on the side and adding the amount you want instead of having to use a strainer to eat your salad.

In this week's episode, Nick and Cole continue their conversation with dietician Dr. Allen Knehans, where he further articulates his simple approach to eating healthy and living a happy life.
