Hello! Thanks for checking out the first episode of Note-worthy. Just a quick heads-up, the first two episodes were recorded back in September and have been in a bit of a stasis since then, but they're finally here! Now we can listen back on ourselves from several months ago and laugh about just how naive we were!
In this first episode, we talk a bit about motivation and accountability in honing an art and how going through quarantine has either affected, or maybe not affected those aspects of our selves.
