#116: Flexibility in the Classroom
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
It can be really hard to be flexible as a new or even struggling teacher. When it comes to flexibility in the classroom it’s about knowing when to change course, accepting that it won’t be perfect, and being prepared for anything that comes up during the school day. We break all of this down inside the podcast episode by asking:
- How does one know when to change course?
- How can we accept that our classrooms won’t be perfect?
- How does one handle what comes up on a daily basis?
Flexibility is everything when you’re running a classroom full on littles. Take this advice, implement it, and if you need further support be sure to apply to 1:1 coaching.
