About the Author
Dada Shamitananda is a yogic monk and a devoted follower of Shrii Shrii Anandamurti, the founder of Ananda Marga and affectionately known as Baba by His followers. Dada was ordained at the age of seventeen, not long after receiving Baba's call in his dreams.
