Bored of the Rings (The Hobbit 1977 and The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Rings)

It finally happened. Josh put it off for as many years as he could but time caught up to him and held at gunpoint he finally put Lord of the Rings up on the schedule. Of course him and Jesse are too dumb to take on a series of this magnitude alone, so they brought in someone who sounds scholarly, Richard Gilliver to come on and talk about them with them.

For this episode they're talking 1977's The Hobbit animated movie, and the first movie in the Lord of the Rings Trilogy, The Fellowship of the Ring.

Josh has been bashing these movies since the inception of the podcast, but has shown his ability to change his opinions on rewatch. See if this is one of those times, or if there might be a little bit of squabbling between hosts and guest.
