Lent can be a deeply personal time for renewal and reflection. In the early church, it was the time when new converts prepared for baptism by prayer, study and fasting.

This collection of writings is offered to you for your own Lenten meditations. It is the work of our members, sharing their faith and their stories. There is one devotional for each day of Lent, starting on Ash Wednesday, February 18. This year's theme is, "God in the Darkness and Light."
