We just don't"},{"startTime":403.538,"endTime":409.369,"body":"understand, really, at all, how"},{"startTime":409.465,"endTime":415.679,"body":"life came into existence, how it"},{"startTime":409.465,"endTime":415.679,"body":"works, why we're here, and where"},{"startTime":415.775,"endTime":421.989,"body":"we're going. The whole cannot"},{"startTime":591.24,"endTime":596.22,"body":"exist without every part. And no"},{"startTime":591.24,"endTime":596.22,"body":"part can exist without the whole"},{"startTime":596.82,"endTime":602.37,"body":"and this is to be in wise"},{"startTime":596.82,"endTime":602.37,"body":"relation. to ourselves, in the"},{"startTime":602.37,"endTime":609.6,"body":"universe around us, every moment"},{"startTime":602.37,"endTime":609.6,"body":"is a miracle. And when we can"},{"startTime":609.6,"endTime":615.96,"body":"trust that, despite an"},{"startTime":609.6,"endTime":615.96,"body":"undesirable situation, that this"},{"startTime":615.96,"endTime":619.74,"body":"magnificent universe has a"},{"startTime":615.96,"endTime":619.74,"body":"bigger plan that something"},{"startTime":619.74,"endTime":624.57,"body":"larger is happening than"},{"startTime":619.74,"endTime":624.57,"body":"ourselves. And that maybe what"},{"startTime":624.57,"endTime":628.98,"body":"we think is undesirable in the"},{"startTime":624.57,"endTime":628.98,"body":"moment, is actually leading and"},{"startTime":628.98,"endTime":634.35,"body":"making room towards greater"},{"startTime":628.98,"endTime":634.35,"body":"things to come, then we are not"},{"startTime":634.35,"endTime":638.31,"body":"so hard on ourselves, then we"},{"startTime":634.35,"endTime":638.31,"body":"are not so hard on the universe."},{"startTime":638.49,"endTime":645.48,"body":"And instead, we flow with the"},{"startTime":638.49,"endTime":645.48,"body":"universe we merge with. And we"},{"startTime":645.6,"endTime":652.23,"body":"love all of the universe, which"},{"startTime":645.6,"endTime":652.23,"body":"means to love ourselves. We"},{"startTime":652.23,"endTime":659.94,"body":"simply have to treat every"},{"startTime":652.23,"endTime":659.94,"body":"single experience, like a divine"},{"startTime":659.94,"endTime":668.16,"body":"messenger, like that it happened"},{"startTime":659.94,"endTime":668.16,"body":"for a reason. And we just need"},{"startTime":668.55,"endTime":679.11,"body":"to trust that it did. Even you have this"},{"startTime":822.42,"endTime":827.34,"body":"incredible experience of"},{"startTime":822.42,"endTime":827.34,"body":"consciousness through these"},{"startTime":827.58,"endTime":834.0,"body":"incredible bodies that are only"},{"startTime":827.58,"endTime":834.0,"body":"disabled, if we compare them to"},{"startTime":834.0,"endTime":838.29,"body":"someone else. And if we don't"},{"startTime":834.0,"endTime":838.29,"body":"compare them, just like Stephen"},{"startTime":838.29,"endTime":844.95,"body":"Hawking's, we can use this"},{"startTime":838.29,"endTime":844.95,"body":"consciousness to explore the"},{"startTime":844.95,"endTime":851.28,"body":"farthest reaches of the cosmos,"},{"startTime":844.95,"endTime":851.28,"body":"to imagine black holes and to"},{"startTime":851.73,"endTime":858.81,"body":"enjoy this rare and precious"},{"startTime":851.73,"endTime":858.81,"body":"existence. It took billions of"},{"startTime":858.81,"endTime":866.28,"body":"years for life to evolve to this"},{"startTime":858.81,"endTime":866.28,"body":"point. So that we could exist in"},{"startTime":866.28,"endTime":871.38,"body":"this moment, this brief moment,"},{"startTime":866.28,"endTime":871.38,"body":"and the universe will go on for"},{"startTime":871.38,"endTime":879.45,"body":"billions years more. after we"},{"startTime":871.38,"endTime":879.45,"body":"are gone. We are here for the"},{"startTime":879.45,"endTime":886.83,"body":"blink of an eye.
