Why am I so Pissed at Myself?
Because for 24 years I have kept my mouth shut about all the things I have learned and implemented from my mentor! I worked diligently behind the scenes with the great "gurus" of real estate flipping and yet never said a word about how someone can learn how to invest for a fraction of the cost they charge for their programs!
Sure you can go online and learn things for free, either from new investors or others who have had some experience yet hold back the accountability required to keep the game of investing going long term.
Social media and other BIG websites have trainings and group programs where you can go on and listen to podcasts or ask questions and then hope that all will work out.
Why not place your train on a proven and clean track to get you to where you want to end up!
