This episode gives an overview of Lola's journey into advocacy as she shares the story of her family's multigenerational experiences with autism. Lola talks about leading through adversity, and how we can redefine success as leaders.

Lola serves as a board member with Bryan's House and My Possibilities. She is also the host of the "Not Your Mama's Autism" Podcast.
