Feedback loops are a great way to ensure that the leader and their team members are on the same page and have a chance to give each other constructive feedback. Feedback loops can help everyone in the organization improve, and as a result, the organization improves. Feedback can be tough to receive; it can also be tough to deliver. In order for feedback loops to be effective, there needs to be an environment of safety and trust. 

We also discuss what leaders can do with feedback once they receive it.
