This week Media Insultant breaks format to bring you a Special Edition. Keith and Jackson always challenge traditional media to find new solutions. Well, Ron Stone, head of the small radio group, Adams Radio has done something to meet that challenge. He’s started the Independent Broadcasters Association (IBA) to offer all broadcasters the advantages of scale that the large publicly traded radio groups enjoy.
