Certified life coach Kim Perone takes us on a tour of the four quadrants of well-being, which is essential to your success in life.

The past two years have been exceptionally difficult for all of us. Take some time to DEBRIEF - explore what has transpired, what was difficult, what is left behind, what gifts remain from the suffering? RELIEF - mindfulness, observing the present moment non-judgmentally, is an antidote to overthinking, worry, anxiousness. We are far too often lost in the past and the future in our thoughts. GRIEF - acknowledge that loss is a part of life. Who do you mourn? What have you lost? How has this impacted your life and how can you walk the journey of grief while still participating in the blessings of life. BELIEF - compassion, connection, collaboration are all the gifts of higher levels of consciousness. As we strengthen our own ability to have a growth mindset, know that someone's gain is not your loss, work together for the common good and want to alleviate suffering in ways you can, we create more conscious communities in our work and in our world.
