Welcome to the show, Tracy. Thank you so much, Carissa. Now, before we begin, what's the best ways for listeners to find out more about you or reach out and contact you?
SPEAKER_03I would say the best way right now is on Instagram under Spring Fever Jewels. Um, I've been told by my teenager that I have a little bit of mix of everything. So that's how I like to roll, but um, that really is the best way to get a hold of me on social media.
SPEAKER_01Awesome, awesome. Thank you so much. And talk about a mix of everything. Um, so for listeners too, Tracy also um makes jewelry too. So, so you literally will see quite amazing um things on our Instagram. So whatever floats your boat. Now we're gonna go ahead and start and talk about at the beginning of your spiritual life, what was your upbringing like?
SPEAKER_03You know, I would definitely say that my parents had um a little bit of a religious background due to just wanting their kids to have like ethical codes. And um, so they were kind of raised with it. It wasn't something that we went to church every Sunday or anything like that. Um and so I went to a Lutheran school till I was in sixth grade. And realistically, I had a sister that was really open to the esoteric. She became a nurse. She gave me my first tarot deck when I was, I want to say, about 15 years old. And I really didn't understand it the way that I understand it today. Um, but she's always been kind of a neat guru. And then I grew up with my dad really into the philosophy of Bill Campbell. So I would say definitely a lot of energy that brought in the alignment of where my path was supposed to take me.
SPEAKER_01And question for you. I haven't heard the name Bill Campbell. So, what is Bill Campbell's philosophy?
SPEAKER_03Um, you know, Bill Campbell is he he really did a lot of studies of theology, is a huge piece of his um work. And I I really think it's theology, but he went into backgrounds of like the caveman and different tribes and how they live and how they work, and how we've moved into where we are today as humans, as full-blown, you know, working and out of the tribes, more to say. So um, and I would say my mom definitely had more of the like religious southern background. Oddly enough, though, she was an atheist. So, you know, she put all this stuff thinking that it would benefit us, and I think it did in the long run. And yeah, they kind of gave us a little opening to that. But I would honestly say I read my first book, uh, Dan Milman, The Way of the Peaceful Warrior, which woke me up from religion to spiritualism because it had a very different context and it made me open up the world of imagination and possibilities. And from that point, I believe that I was on a path um trying to work out life, and my mom passed away, and I believe that that really kind of opened me up to a whole nother channel as well to find more peace and things that could help me navigate the pain. And realistically, I think when I had my son, he was born in 2007, really woke me up to I want to be the best mom I can be, I want to be as heightened as possible. And so the world opened up for me with Reiki.
SPEAKER_01And I have to, do you mind if I interrupt you? Sorry. So I want to actually, you know, create space for questions. Okay. So during this time, um, you mentioned that you grew up in religion, and then you also mentioned that the way the peaceful warrior opened your mind up to spiritualism. Can you share the positive and negative aspects of religion in your experience and the positive and negative aspects of spiritualism for a listener who doesn't have a context to frame it?
SPEAKER_03Yeah, I would say for me, I really enjoyed school when I was younger, and I think I felt pretty safe. It was really when I got to fifth and sixth grade that was very complicated for me. I had a teacher who really worked with the Old Testament, and she really set a lot of fear into our classroom, saying that if you go out of the lines, if you have sex before marriage, if you have drugs or alcohol or anything, you're a sinner and God's gonna judge you. And that just immediately took me right off the path of that in my focal point now today that God and Holy Spirit and the Christ consciousness is not anything what was being told from the stories out of the Bible. And some of them can be really scary. And all I can remember in fifth grade is the teacher talking about one chapter. I'm sorry, I don't even know the book, but um revelations. I don't know the, you know, the verse, but talking about that there's gonna be blood up to horses' reins. And it just scared me. It really scared me. So I rebelled about in fifth grade and really just kind of turned away from God and thought that I was doomed and didn't know how to communicate with my parents with it at the time. Just, you know, being in school and everybody sitting there, you know, it was kind of, I felt like put on us.
SPEAKER_01Oh, that's so hard, especially the fear and the terror that's in the hearts of children as they're listening to this. Yeah.
unknownYeah.
SPEAKER_03I mean, I don't know what it looks like today, but for me, having a teacher that just really dove deep in the book of Revelations was definitely terrifying. And I think that threw me on a path of a little bit of um not how do I say just not as caring or taking care of myself as much because I really thought at the end I'm gonna be judged by someone that was in the form of like a man with a staff, you know, and it just seemed so small and so hard on my heart at the time.
SPEAKER_01Like futile, like no matter what you did, you're a sinner.
SPEAKER_03Yes, yeah.
SPEAKER_01Wow, that is hard as a child for sure. And I think uh unfortunately, it's like it's one of those things to your point where as a sensitive child as yourself, um, and we're actually gonna go more into your background, you know, you're you're very your awareness is heightened regarding feelings and intention behind different things. So it yeah, it it's a bit much. How did you handle that that feeling of kind of like nihilism? Like, what's the use? You know, I'm going to, yeah.
SPEAKER_03Slightly, I feel like I got in the wrong crowd, or maybe I just didn't care as much from like fifth, sixth, seventh, eighth to ninth grade. I was slightly lost because I also had learning disabilities. So I just then I went from private religious school to public school, which is a huge shift and change too. So lots of dynamics. It took me a big underwrapping to get through school at the end, um, due to just having this one teacher that kind of really threw me off course of my belief system that I just didn't know any better because my parents and I we didn't really sit down at the table and talk about these kinds of things. And I just kind of kept it secret. You know, I just thought, well, guys, I guess everybody thinks this way. And I didn't have the mindset in fifth grade to ask as many questions or question things.
SPEAKER_01Wow, wow, that's so insightful, Tracy. Thank you so much for sharing. Like growing up with a learning disability, how did that, you know, you're extremely strong. No one would ever guess it, of course. Um, how how did you how how was that journey for you?
SPEAKER_03You know, having dyslexia is is definitely challenging, but my parents were lovely. They sent me to a course back in the 80s, which was really dated, I think, from now what we have available for learning disabilities. Uh, I do love to read. I don't read as fast, and I find that my spelling can be tricky, um, still to this day, switching I's and e's, or sometimes I'll flip a number or, you know, even kind of get a something a little backwards, but I'm pretty cognitive of it and also compassionate about it because I feel like having dyslexia also gives you a heightened experience in being creative, more so than just linear. I think it really does expand. So I've learned to embrace it. And if I have questions, I'm okay with like making a mistake or you know, trying to figure it out and go from there.
SPEAKER_01You're great at asking questions. Like, if you don't understand it, you'll definitely be clarifying like what do you mean by that and getting context? So that's awesome. What would you share with any listeners that are dyslexic and or have children with dyslexia as far as how they can support themselves and in their own in their own journeys?
SPEAKER_03Well, I know that there's some really great programs out there if you're willing to invest and you catch it for your kid early enough to kind of help them get different creative ways to process. Um I believe that, you know, I even did that for my son through schooling. We did some different kinds of techniques of different ways of learning and more on a physical level and then putting it into the mental level. So I would say there's a some really great programs out there nowadays, and it's available. I also think that we have so much available to us online and through like AI and different things that it actually seems like to me it could be buffered easier in today's age. I feel like it was very dated and not looked at before, and I feel like people are looking at it and trying to navigate. And there's certain schools out there that really do try to help kids in different ways, and that's why I loved Montessori and Waldorf, because it gave such a great expansion to the imagination first, and then the processing. Because if you have a child that just knows, you know, that can really read and navigate and process, that's great. But if you have a child or yourself that comes from a more of a creative place of the imagination and seeing things slightly flipped from time to time, you know, there's there's a whole nother element to that. But ultimately, I would say I've grown into it. I can read pretty well at this point. I think when I was younger, it it threw me my eyes would jump, you know, a little bit reading and different things. But I did um go to UCLA and go through their program to kind of really help back in the 80s to navigate reading.
SPEAKER_01Wow, that's that is so huge. And you brought up a wonderful point that every individual processes learning different. Some are audio learners, some are visual learners, some are kinesthetic learners or learn with their hands. Um, there's an abacus. I just watched a YouTube video where there are kids learning to calculate numbers, math numbers, really fast with abacus. And it's the finger, the body-mind connection that helps them do it so quickly, as well as the teaching methods, to your point.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, I'm very kinesthetic. Like I have to hear, I kind of like to see it and hear it. And that's why I think I am creative. I've always been artistic. My mom was very artistic, my father was very artistic in different ways, you know. My mom and painting and making things, and my dad was an architect and building and design. So I think I got it from both sides for sure.
SPEAKER_01Wow, that that's so interesting. Yeah, thank you so much for sharing that. I I don't think we ever dived into that in in earlier talks. Yeah, I love it. Now, um, you are a dedicated yoga practitioner.
SPEAKER_03Yes.
SPEAKER_01How and when were you introduced to yoga and how has it helped you personally?
SPEAKER_03I was introduced by a book by my sister for a birthday present. It was a Hatha yoga book. And I started yoga at 19 at Pierce College in California. And I had an amazing teacher. He was Native American, and he it just kind of blew my mind open that you could stretch the body and stretch the mind at the same time. And I felt that it really was a grounding experience for me. So it just has called to me for over 38 years, and I've tried beakram, I've done hot yoga, I've done Hatha yogas, yoga retreats all over the world. Uh, I just love the mind-body connection and the spiritual aspect of the heart of it and really the community. I feel like yoga brings in a beautiful community for me. I have lovely friends through it. And I feel that yoga really helps open the heart chakra to be a better person. And that's just really my philosophy of yoga. It's it's my personal meditation. It helps me stretch and move my body, mind, spirit. I love also doing like Pilates and working out and riding bikes and doing things that are cardio, but I really love to do yoga to be grounded, limber, connected to source. I feel like it really helps me drop in to my higher self.
SPEAKER_01Wow, that that's such a that's such a great um great way to express it. Now, from yoga, you are also a Reiki practitioner. So what led you to Reiki? And can you describe the different kinds of Reiki that you've learned and how you use them in your day-to-day life?
SPEAKER_03Yes. So fortunately for me, I moved to the Kaneho Valley in California when I was newly married from Washington State, and thought, you know, I met a man that I got married to, and we're gonna have a family. And he said, let's live out here. And it was about 20 minutes away from the valley where I grew up, and I thought, wow, okay, this could be fun. And basically, what I've come to learn here, living here, is that this is a very spiritual, open-minded community, and there's a lot of practitioners and that practice, and I met in my circles of meditation and connection through other people, which I feel that's a big part of who I am is connecting people and connecting with other people. And I met a woman by the name of Stella Davis. I was so impressed with her in her singing coaching, but she had really dove deep in doing the Reiki, Yusui Reiki. And that I want to say was back in 2002 or three when I first um stepped into meeting her and sitting in Curton circles. And wow, she just had a beautiful program that she created for herself and had been healing, you know, now for 35 years. So she helped me assimilate Reiki Yusui, Reiki 1, 2, and 3. And I was one of her first clients, and I think that was when we did the Reiki was around 20, I don't know, 10 or 11. And I kind of started that journey. I realized, you know, I had a baby, I really wanted to be a good mom, I really wanted to up-level my energy, so it was a perfect match for me. I feel like source just puts beautiful things in alignment if you're open to it and you're calling for it. And I was, I was really wanting community and connection. And so therefore, I did Reiki 1, and that was probably the coolest experience out of my Yusui Reiki. I really sat with it for about 30 days. I had a little child, I would do it for a couple hours a day on myself. I would do it on him, I would work with plants, I would sit in meditations and work with it. I just really loved the energy. It was so soft and subtle and healing. And I feel like it really helped me heal things that I don't couldn't see or know at all. Just it kind of just really takes care of the unknown and you don't have to work so hard. And that's why I really love it.
SPEAKER_01Oh, that's so wonderful. That that's very it's funny because like I had a similar experience with Hol Pono Pono, actually. So so you went from Sui Reiki in 2010, 2011. And and so what led you now, you're in holy fire Reiki. Like, would you mind sharing like how that transition occurred?
SPEAKER_03Yeah, so um again, being with Stella, I did holy fire or I did Reiki, you Sui Reiki one, two, and three over, I would say over maybe a year's time. And just really wanted it for myself, didn't really want to create a business around it. And basically what happened was is that I was really searching myself, I would say a few years ago. I think I did holy fire maybe now three or four years ago, and I did holy fire one, two, and three pretty much back to back within seven months. And it really felt like it upleveled my uh being, it up-leveled my energy, it is so dynamic. I use it every day. I use it every day in yoga, in my shavasana, I use it in my house. I just feel like it's so in alignment with who I am. And yeah, I really I love it. It's it's slightly, it's it's if I could imagine, like for me, I feel like the Yusui is this beautiful orgon, like beautiful light, like that you see behind you on the screen with the world. You know, it's got this beautiful, uh loving, compassionate. Blue ray light from the heavens. And then I feel like the holy fire has a very like beautiful, intense violet purple. So it feels like it's just up-leveled to some degree. I feel like also with all the symbols that have come in with the holy fire, it's here to really help support us on this planet greater than the turn of the century when um Dr. Miyaki Yusui created this.
SPEAKER_01So you mentioned up level several times. Could you clarify and define what up level means when when when described?
SPEAKER_03Yeah, I feel like for me, you can burn off layers of energy that like no longer serve you, or personality type, you know, like some, you know, patterns in your beliefs or patterns in your body system. And I think that that's part of the reason why I really like Reiki. It's so subtle that way, that it just really helps clean out what is no longer serving you, the lower frequencies. So I feel like it brings higher frequencies in from the consciousness of the divine, whether it's Christ consciousness, Holy Spirit consciousness, angel consciousness. I just feel like it really helps support through the outer realms of existence to bring in alignment with a grounding aspect that that gives you a sense of personal freedom and strength in your orac field.
SPEAKER_01Beautiful, beautiful. And I have actually witnessed um the personal freedom and strength from folks that um practice holy fire, um, Reiki. That that is definitely a marked characteristic that that I've seen. I only know a couple people, yourself being one of them, and that that's definitely, yeah, yeah, for sure.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, it seems like it just is up when I say up level, it just it's like adding just a few more elements to it to boost it all just a with a little bit more dynamics. And I do feel that the holy fire um has an element of more symbols and can bring in a deeper, greater healing through those symbols.
SPEAKER_01And and to your point, um, for folks that that deal with like self-worth issues, like that's this would I I would suggest like this would actually be helpful to them as far as burning off those beliefs and those layers.
SPEAKER_03I agree, yes. I I found it really interesting. Um, my holy fire three um recognition was really beautiful. Um part of it is is that you're burning off like lower, older kind of spirit guides, maybe that have been with you that maybe aren't quite as in the highest frequency. And slightly as a joke before we went into our meditation, I said, Well, bye, mom and dad. Thanks for helping me out. Because I was like, Okay, you know, they only know what they know and they're learning through me, up-leveling this whole spiritual aspect. I don't feel that they did leave me, but I had a very beautiful experience that my parents like stood and held hands in front of me and said they loved me. And this was in a meditation that I just got to visually see, but it also took me on a journey laying with these beautiful violet-purple flames next to me, kind of just rising my energy, and I was able to witness a beautiful journey of seeing an African tribe or maybe an Aborigine tribe. I'm not even really sure, but it was definitely in the dirt and the dust, and everybody was dancing, and everybody was colored and painted and beautiful, and there was this man that said he was leaving the planet and that he was coming to help assist me as a spirit guide. And his name was Zita, and I have had numerous uh guided meditations where he comes in and he shows me beautiful ways of going about or navigating in my life. And so I really do think that doing the holy fire, if you get to the third element of it, it is to help you get a higher consciousness in your vibration and to work through that experience. And so I hold that very dear to me, and he is dear to me as my angelic, you know, spirit guide that said, I'm here to help you. And I just believe that what I was meditating was true, and he just keeps showing up in beautiful ways, and even in some meditations I've done where friends we I did a theta healing a few weeks ago, and I asked about him, and she explained them perfectly. I was like, see, I questioned myself, and I went back and I got the same imprint from somebody else that's tapped in that said, Yeah, I see that. And I was like, Wow, I'm so excited because I do think as humans, we pinch ourselves sometimes, like the etheric world is so close and we can't see it with our human eyes generally. But if you are open to embodying it, sensing it, feeling it, you can get a great visual, especially if you're kinesthetic.
SPEAKER_01So I do have two questions based on what you shared. The first question is you tend to see things. So the first question is, when did that skill develop? And then the second question is the second question, of course, it's not so much a question as a statement as like you'll know you'll know the the goodness or the character of the being based on the fruits. So in this case, we know that your guide is beneficial and assist in a true true guide, like one that supports and the outcomes of following the advice is is is you know very beneficial. How are folks able to tailor? Because sometimes, you know, you know, because again, to your point, the etheric world or the unseen world, you know, there's also tricksters there. And so, so, so it's kind of more of a statementslash question. How can one guide, you know, use the senses so you can see, but then to have the discernment to ascertain what you see. And I love how you triangulated the data, triangulated what you received and was able to affirm it with another person because that's also very important in this path of discernment as you're navigating through the etheric or unseen.
SPEAKER_03Exactly. I feel like because I've been doing this for so long, I have had my fair share of not so great energies coming in. So I have been taught that like entities and energies are accessible, but what I've learned um through any divine light practice, whether it's data healing, Reiki, um, Sufis, whatever it is, hoppapono, right? Just like every single piece of it. Um, when you are a wayward soul or you have things that you can't quite, and there's attachments or entities that come in, you can command that it dissipates. And you as a human being has the free will to navigate what you want in your frequency field. And I've had to learn um by experience of through the theta modality is that no matter what, you can send energies that are not of the highest vibration to the heavens and they can't resist. It's what we all want if we're all connected to one and there's lower vibrations. We really all want to lift and accelerate and expand. So there's not a lot of pushback when that happens, especially if you are in the frequency of grounded, intent, dynamic calling for it to be so.
SPEAKER_01In love, people like to your point, like doing it out of love rather than fear, right?
SPEAKER_03Because if you let the fear jump in, it's harder to dissociate from. Or sometimes these elements or these entities or these energies come in to work off of the emotion too, right? Yes, but they come to show us something about ourselves because we all have light and dark, we all have a shadow side, we all, you know, can play on each field, and that's why I think it's accessible. Um, I would say for myself that I probably was pretty intuitive at a young age, but didn't know how to calibrate it, didn't know how to ask questions. What I really learned was when my son was five years old, my dad passed away, and I remember being in his room and kind of upset about the whole experience. And my son being five, he said, Mom, why are you crying and upset? Grandpa's standing right next to you. So what I realized was that in my lineage, my parents were very intuitive. They knew how to manifest, they knew how to create things, they knew things were gonna somewhat happen before they did at times. Um, and I did grow up with that energy. And I think my older sister has that as well. So I do think I come from a lineage that has it. Did we know how to practice it? No, we didn't do like tea readings and really honor and step into that. But I think having my son, for whatever reason, my higher self said, you're gonna wake up through spiritual modalities, data healing, hypnotherapy. You're gonna heal from the past of what doesn't serve you. You're gonna be the best human you can be to help navigate this person's life. Because I feel like that was somewhat what I was contracted to do.
SPEAKER_01Wow, that that's beautiful. What a what a wonderful like summary of of your lineage and your family. Um, now you mentioned your your family, like your parents had this ability to kind of tell when things were gonna happen or manifest, but nothing formal, right? Nothing formal, nothing too formal. Would you be able to like share like a story involving that? Yes, I can.
SPEAKER_03Um my mom, uh, she just I my best girlfriend and I would say that she had eyes behind her head because she knew when we were down on the driveway sneaking around, you know, having fun, whatever, she'd be right there looking at us. And we were so scared, we were like, how does she know? You know, I think it's just like a sixth-sense feeling, you know. And honestly, I mean, my mom, it's been a really long time since she's been here over 20 some years, so I can't really say um greatly on that. But like also, like my dad had a great intuition. He was a developer and he knew when to buy and sell things to let him jump into other things. And it was completely intuitive, in my opinion, of how he navigated. I still have a brochure from him that he wrote in the early 80s saying like a mall's gonna show up somewhere here, you know, in the Caneo Valley when he owned property in Camarillo and didn't even really know as of yet, but kind of had an idea how cities were built. He had that in there. And I always thought, wow, he kind of knew that was coming before everybody else did, and then it came. So I I kind of find those, those elements for sure, um, were a little bit of stories that helped me see, oh, okay, they know how to make stuff happen without any spiritual training. Exactly.
SPEAKER_00Wow, that's great.
SPEAKER_01Yeah. So we're gonna go ahead and move from Reiki on to Theta Healing. I think you mentioned the term earlier.
SPEAKER_03Yeah.
SPEAKER_01What led you to Theta Healing?
SPEAKER_03I believe Theta Healing when my dad passed away. I needed some answers for myself and some healing. And I really just think my higher self guided me because I found the greatest mentor and teacher, Trish Trippel, who you've interviewed before, um, that lived literally five miles down the road from me. So I intuitively knew at that point when I found someone that was right in my city, five minutes away from me, was going to be very beneficial. And I would say that working with her over the years has been so fun and just one of the most beautiful modalities I've come across and it's healed me the greatest. I've actually was certified back many years ago, back in 2012, and then um I did a second session um back in 2020. So I've been certified twice just because I really love the modality. I love growing with it, I love learning it, I love um experiencing it. It's really my therapy. Theta healing is equivalent to my therapy.
SPEAKER_01It's so funny you mentioned that because like I feel I feel very similar to you because it's like like talk therapy requires you to consciously be aware of what you have an issue with, whereas theta healing actually shows what your energy is holding to be addressed by the highest and greatest good. Like you can like say something and that's fine, but like what may be underlying it is like maybe you're overthinking and you're tired, and and it's because of this, this, this, this, this. And you don't like realize that until like you go into an energy field. Yes.
SPEAKER_03I also really like theta for organizing. Like if things come up for me or I'm living life and there'sn't something that shows up that I would like to shift, change, work on, acknowledge, I tend to write those things down and kind of save them up. And then I will even book sessions with my friends like yourself or Trish or Steven or Eileen to really work the theta as well. I like the full circle. I love doing it and I love giving it. I love practicing it for myself. I really also enjoy it, like I said, as kind of my therapy when I know I've got some pockets that need some shifts. It's a great way to go in for me and for people that really want change. I don't think theta is a place where people are really rigid and not willing to be open to shift and change. You really gotta want it. It's also one of those things you have to ask permission to utilize the energy field of it. I really love that Viana, the creator of it, has an amazing, magnificent story that saved her life and that it was downloaded through the creator for her to share with all the people on the planet that are open to receive it. And that shows me that it works because she's got thousands and thousands of people following this technique, and it works. It works for me and for others, it works if you're open to receiving the information, being open and vulnerable and honest with yourself, it will really allow change in your beliefs, your lineage. It can heal on so many levels. And the thing that I really love about it for me is that I have a son. So when I am healing things from my lineage, I'm healing seven years forward. I'm healing my grandchildren and forward, and I'm also healing my elders in my lineage. And I feel very proud to be able to stand in the human form and say, I'm excited to help us heal this. And I think that is part of what is my higher vibration of being a connector because I love it. We're if we're, I mean, we're really all one and there's no one to leave out. It's just, you know, heal the front and the back and all the sides, and you know, do the best that you can as a human being throughout your life.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, that that's so that's so true. And for listeners, just as a heads up, I was actually introduced to theta healing from Tracy. She did she did a uh theta healing session on me, and I remember going, okay, because you're quiet, which is great, right? And so you then shared with me what you witnessed, and I was like, okay, sure. And then, but I could feel the changes happening like within a few days. Yeah. Um, it it it's for some, it may be immediate as far as like a sense of peace and or a sense of lightness. Our session happened to be there were deep subconscious things, so I could feel things shifting, and I knew within a few days that things had shifted. And so then that's how I knew, okay, this does work, and that's what led me towards data healing.
SPEAKER_03Yes. Yeah, I I really feel a lot for me in my heart, uh, when I'm open to it, I allow, I have an idea, but if something else is coming through to shift, learn, and look at, I look at that too. And um, the way that I really loved how it was basically, really basically explained was when I was really new at it, was that you take ping pongs in a triangle and you you flip it upside down like a upside down triangle. And if you're going in and you're pulling belief systems or you're pulling hurts or you're pulling wounds, you're pulling some of those balls out, and it's just gonna kind of shake down and rattle a little bit of you because you're clearing out something that could either have been in your lineage for many years. Uh, it's it's always very beautiful to me with Theta how you can get so many interesting stories from different timelines, past, present, and future. And I think that's what makes me really open to the creator of being ultimately creative, unconditional, loving. It's so artistic, this life that we live. And what do you want to paint? You know, and I think for me, having a child made me think I just want to be as in tune and aware and happy and in peace as much as possible. And that was the goal. And now doing it since you know, for 20 some odd years with many things under my belt, it just feels like I'm in a really lovely place.
SPEAKER_01Beautiful. That's beautiful. Now I'm gonna shift us to a data healing story of abundance. So you took the abundance course with data healing.
SPEAKER_02Yes.
SPEAKER_01And would you mind sharing your unique skill or gift regarding how you like essentially something that you learned from the abundance course, applied it in your own life, and how that worked out for yourself and how you've used that to help a friend.
SPEAKER_03Yes. Okay, so I feel like the second time I decided to take the Theta Healing course was in 2020, and one of my best friends had been diagnosed with cancer, and she was not into trying theta healing, she was very um Bible religious, and so I think she had some beliefs around that that would not go with her beliefs. But um it was interesting because the class with Trish was going on simultaneously with um Joy's passing, and it was my first experience, like really strong head-on, that she literally was talking to me in my ear. I could see her physically, even though she wasn't in front of me. She was telling me things about her family. I didn't know, and I went and repeated it back to her family, and they were like, Well, how do you know that? And I said, I don't really know, except that she's coming through this field. But what ended up happening was I had already taken the manifesting in abundance and that I was certified. But when I went back to get the to do the theta healing the second round, it really allowed me to practice it because I had been with a group of women in COVID that we were at a friend's house doing yoga twice a week in the garage every Morning, and then we were doing Course of Miracles every morning for years, and she lived in this neighborhood that I thought, wow, my realtor never showed me this in Thousand Oaks. It would be great to live here. Oh, this is so exciting. So, even to get our exercise, we would walk the neighborhood, and I would walk by and always say, I'm gonna find a house in here. I'm gonna find a house in here. So I would say, after about six months of just like really pushing forward, something opened up. I had literally been in this class and said, I know exactly the house that I'm gonna get. I knew it was gonna have white marble counters in my kitchen. I knew I was gonna be able to look out my kitchen window and see mountains. And I know that it um was gonna be a one-story and it was gonna be oddly enough, I had the story that I said it was going to be coveted, like it was gonna be blanketed from everybody else. We were in a time, I want to say in 2020, 21, when the market was still really low interest rates. So it was multiple offers on homes at this point, like anywhere from three offers to 10. And for whatever reason, my girlfriend was on a Facebook in this community and said, Hey, I live, you know, in Pasaroblos. I'm a realtor, I'm coming down to my rental house. Do any of your friends or family want to come and look at the house before I put it in the MLS? So basically, what happened was is we went and saw it, and within three hours later, never went on the market. It was blanketed, coveted. We put in the offer, she asked for it, and literally a month and a half later, our neighbors sold their house. It was like 200 square feet bigger, and they were asking 250,000 more on top of it. So not only did I get a great house, she just didn't really, you know, she wanted to get out of it. It was a COVID rental. She felt really so it was a perfect match. I called it. It was a perfect match. I wanted something coveted, easy, no one's gonna fight me on. And that definitely happened. And when I stand at my kitchen with my white marble countertops, looking out at the mountains of Wildwood, I think, wow, you did this all by voicing it and allowing the voice to create the belief of it. And then it materialized. And a lot of times I feel like that's how abundance works. When you have a huge attachment to manifesting, and you're really like crawling and clawing from it, it really puts a lot of energy that sticks it and it doesn't move the way you want it to. I did learn really well with this house and also Joy slightly talking to me, saying, This is gonna be it. I'm helping you, it's all working out. And I would hear this little voice in my head thinking, like, that's so weird. Where is that coming from? How am I getting this? So I've had to learn the extra audio sensories sometimes when they come in to just know that um always ask, is this for my highest and best? And I'm protected. And then I sit with the message and I ground and really get some clarity on it now, rather than being scared of it or pushing it away. Because I do think there's outside influences that are really trying to help us navigate, and we do have spirit guides and energy.
SPEAKER_01It all just depends what you're open to, right?
SPEAKER_03Yeah. Yeah, you have to be open to it, I guess. It's a hard way for people that just can't see outside of it.
SPEAKER_01Exactly. And like the discernment. I think it's to your point, you mentioned an awesome point about the neediness, like how folks want to manifest, but they come from it from a place of neediness and desperation, not understanding that it already is, and like from a space of gratitude and allowance, because desperation and neediness, much like in dating, you're gonna run away. So could you imagine, like, you know, that that's a human being, just imagine like other things also have the same reaction when an individual is coming from that place of scarcity. Yes.
SPEAKER_03You know, it's interesting because like my my grandfather told my dad, like when he left at 19, you're never really gonna amount to anything and all this stuff. And my dad left, like, I'm not gonna believe this. And my dad left Chicago, you know, with nothing in his pocket and lived in on Musle Beach in Venice and became a fireman and then bought a duplex and then bought an apartment building and bought a house. I mean, he just was in alignment with his manifestation, and he didn't let anybody else tear him down in the belief system that he could not do this. And that's the one gift that I think that my dad taught without knowing he was teaching it, that really brings me in alignment to what we manifest in life. And then for me, like in the next lineage, you know, I was working on my own stuff, trying to learn how to let go of the lack and fears and how to make things work. And when I had a child, say, like if we were in a grocery store or something and there was a dollar on the floor, there was change on the floor, he would go down and go, Look, mom, I found this. And I'd be like, wow, what a great manifestor you are. You know, so it was like I decided to change the channel from what my lineage was is you're not gonna quite make whatever, to telling my son, like, I think you can create whatever you want. Believe that. And then you'll make be your own master of your destiny. And I trust it. And even to this day, he tells me I'm gonna do construction, I'm gonna do real estate, I'm gonna do developing, I'm gonna do this. I'm like, great, Tyler. Let's let's just I'm here to support you in your journey. And it's really lovely because I don't know if I had that support. I know my dad didn't have that support. So that's why I go back to Theta Healing. It's so great. You can break ties and lineage beliefs. If if you don't believe in any of the esoteric things itself outside of that, just having that is such a grace to move forward in life and brings so much more use.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, you're you're spot on because as human beings and being raised in wherever we happen to be raised, we adopt the beliefs and the stories of the environments that are around us, unless, like your dad, we say no, consciously no, as a child, say consciously no, I'm not going to believe this. At the same time, there's so many people that don't feel like they're able to do that. And so, you know, the the heart, you have to work hard, life is hard. Like those stories take, I mean, years, right? Years to unravel, right? And it's very insidious um where it pops up because you think you've addressed it in one way and then pops up another way, and then it pops up another way for for better or for worse. Like, how do you how do you how do you identify like things to work on, whether it's Reiki or Theta Healing, like what what helps you identify it? Like, okay, I need to, I need to address this and and and and adopt a new story or or download the divine story, not my story.
SPEAKER_03Definitely I've had many, many years of experiencing this. I would definitely say I'm at a place where I I feel I've leveled off that I have dealt with so many things that I have kind of created a new bubble for belief for myself. So I would definitely say I, over the handful of years of raising a child, learning these things, learning to love myself better, learning to have more acceptance of things that are uncomfortable that come into our life and how to navigate and deal with them. If I didn't have this practice, I would be navigating from a very different place from many years ago of my belief system. My belief system is completely different now, even about myself, self-love, self-care. Um, are there times where like a skip over? Yes. And generally, when I like I said, I tend to make some list or I get on a certain protocol that I really want to shift or learn something, and I'll step into a new class. I'll step into an experience. Um, I'll step into a lecture. Um, I I love learning about the brain. I love learning about manifesting all the time. I feel like we live in a world now with these social media platforms that are bringing more light to the surface than darkness. And I really do feel that the world wants light and love. It's just changing our patterns. Like if we could do theta healing on the whole government, it'd be amazing because we like be able to shift and change so much. I mean, it may be a little squirrely, right, at first, because right with change and shift, you can kind of get a little out of balance. And that's the thing is you what I want to push about self-healing and modalities is that you really have to ground yourself and have to be open to your heart that you really want to like kind of open up and look inside and see what's going on, besides maybe religion or family values, because there is so much more to us, and we are not taught that generally in our upbringings. I would say definitely more in the tribes of our world are brought up in that consciousness, and that's why they still can live like land to the nature with the animals, and that that's very sacred and that they have a very different way of life than say, you know, our wild world of cities and towns and buildings and businesses and governments and all these things. I just think that if we could all rise above just even 10%, you know, it's just gonna bring us closer to the divine consciousness that we all are, anyways.
SPEAKER_01I think you brought up a good point about grounding, because Deb and I were talking about that um the other day, about how vital it is to ground in your body suit, because you as we move through this world, we are connected to our bodies. And so grounding and centering in the present moment, in addition, also doing shadow work, because oftentimes, like especially at the beginning of one's journey of healing or or addressing, there's there's a lot that we've compartmentalized. And when we compartmentalize something, we naturally project it outward when in fact it's actually within us, and we haven't dealt with that rage, we haven't dealt with that anger, we haven't dealt with the blame or the shame. And so we when projecting out, you know, um, and again, it's it's not it's not the fault of the individual experiencing this, to be clear. Um what it does show is the importance of healing and loving so that we don't create the pain that we feel inside or recreate the pain and inflict the pain we feel inside out onto others who who may love and care about us or who may not. But the reality is as we learn to love ourselves by addressing the shadow, by processing the pain, by processing the anger, by processing any compartmentalized motion emotion, we're able to actually be clearer vessels. We can manifest like all your abilities actually turbocharge. So, so if you're listening to this and you're like, well, I don't know, I can't do what she's saying. The reality is you can. The the key is though, cleaning out the closet. Because once you're once you clear out even like a little bit, you're gonna find you have actually more energy. So, so all this work, while it sounds like work at the tail end of it is actually way more energy than you've ever expected, and an increase in clarity and clarity and seeing the world, clarity and being present, being with others, like the benefits are actually way, way. I feel like we undersell the benefits of the work that we've done all this time. Like you're just on a completely different timeline because when I was when I was in my early 30s, I was definitely um definitely in a more negative frame, more like depressive frame. I did have depression. And like with the work, whether it's hopono pono, you know, other modalities, like I could actually see it in my face. Like even within like a year, like my face actually changed too. I had less wrinkles and whatnot because because like the thought patterns changed, if that makes sense.
SPEAKER_03I agree. I think you know, a lot of people when I say I'm 54 years old, say, wow, you don't look that way, you don't really act that way, you know, all these things. And the one thing I will say for me, I had some stress and heartache and closet shadows, whatever skeletons that I really wanted to get out. And if we are really processing 60 to 70,000 thoughts a day as human beings, we are a huge computer brain experiencing this. Like you said, I love how you said I've just literally feel like I've really tapped into what is inside, is what's project. Like I always am watching people now to see and learn a little bit more about that frequency because it's like now I'm really embodying it, you know, watching mindfully how I'm working. And I do have to say, with all my years of learning and navigating, I had just stepped into um mind valley hypnotherapy with Paul McKenna. And I had done hypnotherapy before, and I really loved it because I found it was one of the most easiest ways in therapy to get high-end solutions very quickly without too much pain or too much talking, actually. It was actually kind of fun. So I've really come to learn when you were saying it's like now I kind of sit and I go through this relaxation, I get really grounded, and then I just trust. I trust whatever's supposed to come out is gonna come. Where I would say a handful of years ago, I didn't trust that. I wasn't trusting myself. And the other thing that I found really interesting for me around this experience of change in life is that basically, like my sisters had always seen me a certain way. And, you know, I would say 15 years have gone by, and they both sit there and go, God, I don't know what exactly you've done, but you've changed. You've changed so much, like in a great way. You've just, how did you do it? You know, and I just kind of say, well, years of dedication and practice to my higher self, to being a good mom, to breaking patterns of my lineage that didn't serve anybody, and especially myself. And I think that's the thing is, is I'm always wanting to learn and grow, whether it's reading a book or studying a new modality. And I also learned in a 22-year marriage, um, really how to navigate in a relationship. It was a great lesson, and at the end of the day, it's had its course and it's completed. And I can honestly say, like when I raise in my higher self a bit that he's my greatest teacher, and I'm grateful we had a child together and that we've moved through through this space, but we're just so different. We're so different. And when when you are in a spiritual field of reckoning with yourself, and your partner doesn't necessarily want to grow with you or support you in that, it does make it very complicated and it can make things not work. So, really at the end of the day, I feel like life is this beautiful lesson that we get to pick and choose how we want to navigate. There's choice all the time. And for me, just doing these healing modalities really just help me up-level every component of who I am. And I hope to continue the journey with it and continue to love it and bring more insight. And really at this point, I think with all the things that I have created, it's all in my tool belt, and I'd really like to be able to be out there fostering and helping people navigate in ways that will help accelerate themselves as well. Because to me, that is the greatest gift is that I have recognized that I have been able to excel in my heart, in my compassion for love, and my compassion for rising above experiences. Um, I will say the one modality that I studied was the Course of Miracles for three years during COVID with a whole bunch of girlfriends. And it was really great, but at the time I kind of hated it and I fought and I was so freaked out that it was all about nihilism and like you just don't care about anything. But I what I've come to learn years later that it actually can give you better support so that you can rise out of the story and see it from a different perspective. But see, again, my frame of reference back in 2020, 21, 22, 23, I my brain would not, I couldn't catch it, I couldn't figure it out. And so sometimes you do a modality, you do a learning, you read a book, you go, Oh my god, I have no idea.
SPEAKER_00Like, why am I reading this? I have no idea.
SPEAKER_03This is all about, yeah. And then you put it all together with your mixture of you know, experiences and you make your own cool final decision of how you want to navigate and how you want to show up. But there's all these great tools on the planet, and it doesn't even stop with all the modalities that we've talked about today, it just continues. So that's why I think I believe that on the planet that we are divine souls, having a human experience in this matter that keeps us here, working beautifully. Our body suits are doing what they're supposed to be doing. And if they're not, it's because something is going on in here, because we're co-creating. So I think that that's really my thing is I want to create health and wellness and um also, you know, manifestations of fun and insight and beauty, passion, and beauty, and nature, and to be as much peace in the center of that component to bring us to a great life. And that's how I kind of turned up with it. Is I really think it's a beautiful life that we get to live here, and it's all in what you make it and what you choose to do, and how you get there is your way, whether it's through sports, whether it's through healing, through it's working really hard at a job that you love doing and you're good at it, it doesn't matter as long as that you find, you know, your center.
SPEAKER_01Oh, that's beautiful. That's beautiful. So there's a tradition of wrapping up the show of the episode with a couple questions. So I'm gonna start asking those questions. Okay. The first one is what do you hope listeners take away from today's conversation?
SPEAKER_03I hope that listeners have like an appreciation of the possibility of whatever they choose to co create or or heal or look for or be open to receiving. And I think coming from something that's a little rigid, you know, um, growing up, maybe just boxed in with religion being just this way, and when you do. Work in the spiritual modalities, it really does open up your heart, your brain, your whole system to really work in a different way. And I find it healthy to be open to new experiences. Um and I really just think that you know it's a self-discovery being a human.
unknownYeah.
SPEAKER_03And I also find that like what I've learned is most people that are in their elder years have had to learn through a progression of life to get where they are. And I feel like with healing modalities, you get to get there quicker. And then I feel like maybe you get to enjoy more longer.
SPEAKER_01That's fair. That that's definitely fair. What is the question you would like listeners to consider as they move through their daily lives?
SPEAKER_03I think the question for myself that I would that I move through with the daily life is always like a little bit of a self-check, where are you at, how are you feeling? And then I go to my tools, whether it's writing or praying or pulling a deck of cards or calling a friend, colleague that's you know in the same thing or working certain things out. I really do feel that there's um so much connection in community that that's gonna help bring a lot of self-awareness to whatever you want because we are all connected. And I think that's part of the divine course is to try to understand how to get there with one another. We all think it, we all want it, but a lot of times it's really hard to act on for some reason. So I think taking the subtle pauses and asking for awareness and clarity and grounding is all gonna really help you navigate in your system.
SPEAKER_01Thank you.
SPEAKER_03Does that answer? I hope that answers. I feel like that's how I navigate. What's next for you? You know, I really feel like I really am jumping into this hypnotherapy, and I feel like because I'm in a new stage in my life, I'd really like to be a practitioner coming up to help other people now that I've navigated through so many different life experiences. And I think that it would bring a lot of heart and soul to me to be able to do that. I feel like I'm really lucky that I've been able to slightly silently sit in the background with all my healing modalities and, you know, work with my jewelry through hate theta healing and through Reiki. And just for one like little story, um, I remember going to a store and dropping off my jewelry, and it was such a confirmation. I loved putting pieces together, praying, meditating over them, and adoring them, and also releasing them to whoever they needed to go to to serve them energetically. And that's how I was putting my little piece of healing up there in the world. And I feel that when I got some feedback from a woman that said, Oh, this woman came in, she tried on some clothes, then she saw this rose quartz heart necklace, and I had downloaded it with Theta Healing and Reiki, and she said, Wow, I'm going through a divorce, and I feel like this necklace is gonna help me get through it. And it really made me realize again, confirmation of the work that goes into something, it's energy. We're all always just leaking different energies, and I think that's the thing that I've really wanted to do my best in cleaning up and being open and aware and communicative about it. And I think that's the one thing coming in the future. I'd like to be able to create more jewelry like that. I'd like to be able to do theta sessions, I'd like to be able to do hypnotherapy sessions for people that have issues, phobias, anxieties, weight, whatever. So I feel like it's just a little bit of A to Z, and I'm ready to, you know, step into more of my healing self to help others navigate their healing path.
SPEAKER_01Wonderful. Last question. And again, how can folks get in touch with you?
SPEAKER_03Again, I feel that at Spring Fever Jewels, uh, Instagram is really good. I'm also on Facebook, which I don't really play there as much, um, under Tracy Tomas, and that's without an H, because a lot of people get that mixed up. But I really like Instagram. Um, I have an Etsy page there. I think in the future I'm gonna, you know, recalibrate that coming in the next handful of months and really kind of put those things together and maybe even have an option to go in and have sessions and stuff. I'm just really working on getting my certification and organized and putting it out there on my Etsy page. So that's in my bio on the Instagram at Spring Fever Jewels, and it's more up and coming. But if anybody has any questions or wanted a service, I am definitely available um in the Caneo Valley or on Zoom or over the phone or FaceTime. And yeah, I just love that we're all here bringing each other home.
SPEAKER_01Wonderful, wonderful. Yeah. So any final sharings you you have for for the audience?
SPEAKER_03Well, I really just want to say how grateful I am to Carissa. I want to share the story of meeting her through a mutual friend. Uh, and this was again right after my dad passed away in 2012. And I had a friend, Serena, who said, Hey, come do kundalini, you know, yoga with us today. And I thought, okay, let's go. I'm always like, Yeah, let's try it. I want to try that. So I didn't have a partner, and she said, I have my friend Carissa as a partner, and we sat beautifully all day doing kundalini sessions and learning so much about each other, and it really blew my top off with the spiritual window and the spiritual eye because I actually got to experience seeing my dad next to Carissa petting my cat, which he was totally allergic to in this in this time reality, and asking me, What are you doing? He was so curious of what we were doing. And um, I'll just never forget the end of that day, like I could barely walk. I had to have all of you take me to a restaurant and feed me because I was just my cat had been blown off to smithereens with imagination, stories, seeing vision, stories, seeing my dad stand right next to you and didn't know how to process that. So I do think that the spiritual journey has definitely said, let's slowly and gingerly awaken you that all things are possible. And, you know, that's kind of my story. I've been really fortunate and lucky and open and not scared of that. So I call it in and I allow it, and I find it beautiful to have my dad honor me in my healing, and especially if it helps him heal in his healing on the other side. You know, it's just a beautiful journey that we get to co-create energy all the time, and that's what it is, and it's very exciting, and I'm just so grateful to be alive and I'm so grateful for our friendship, all the years that we have connected through every modality under the book, and we've gotten to share so many beautiful lectures and classes and um yeah, events that we've put together, even over the years. It's just been really lovely. And I'm I'm really am grateful for the friendship and for the insight and for the connections.
SPEAKER_01Oh, thanks so much, Tracy. Thank you. Oh, thank you. I love you. I love you too. So, listeners, what she's sharing is actually white known as white tantric yoga. It is a full-day eight-hour session of kundalini yoga meditations. So it just says now, what that means, what does that mean? So it's eight hours of kundalini yoga meditations. That is purportedly equivalent to doing seven years of daily kundalini yoga sessions, and purportedly one kundalini yoga session is the equivalent of seven years of daily Hatha sessions. And so, yeah, I remember them mentioning that. I was like, oh wow, and it is like it does, right? Like, because the very first time you go, like literally, like I I witnessed Serena, another friend Melinda, like I witnessed them going to these sessions. Like I knew about it for at least a decade before I went in, like 2003 or so, and I knew and it meant it had made massive changes in their lives, but I didn't feel called until like 2010, 12-ish myself. So just as a background. And so the very first time, and what it does, it actually the intention is it cuts subconscious blocks or or subconscious thoughts. And I don't know about you, Tracy, but the first time I went, my the chatter was silent in my brain for like three days. Apart from the fatigue, because you're just like processing so much. Like, so the day of you're just like, I am toast, I am whatever, but I was so surprised that there were like there was like no chatter.
SPEAKER_03Yes. And I would say for me, it was really interesting. I had done it twice. I did it with you, and that was a really like that was a huge third eye opening for me with seeing things, hearing things. I even saw Osho dancing and saying, Good job, Tracy, at the end. And I thought, whoa, what is happening here? So um I actually kind of thought I was on drugs in a weird way. I was like, this just isn't normal. That's how my brain was thinking. I was like, this just doesn't, you know. So I agree with you. Um, but I had so much visuals the first round that we did it, and then I went and did it with another girlfriend at a yoga um that was a yogi as well. And we reversed rules. She didn't, I sat there and did all the sessions, but wasn't getting all the big downloads and the seeing things and everything she did. And she said, I never knew that was even possible to have all those visions. Like she said it was mind-blowing to see all the worlds that I saw. And so when you're talking about like meditations and seeing things or visions or downloads or whatever you want to call them, little vignettes, it's like we're working on so many different timelines. You know, if we're if we're the miracle of the creator of all that is, everything is available all the time. What do you want to choose? You know, like so I think, you know, living when I look back now, I think that, you know, I really have been on a quest of learning and being really open to opening the channel of learning, whether it's chakras or kundalini or walking on fire or you know, whatever it was. I feel like also, didn't we do something else? Well, we did a a submersion of gong for 2040. Yes.
SPEAKER_01And that that cut so much.
SPEAKER_03Yeah, that that was something else. So it's like when you step into all these experiences that push you out of who you are and then can kind of bring you back into who you are, you are more open to co-create with the universe because you see how magical you can pull in. I think that's why the manifestation part of me is so embedded because I just trust the unseen as well, just as much as I do the scene. I think that's part of the reason why it works so well for me, because I don't question it. I just trust it. I just trust the divine.
SPEAKER_01Oh, that's so beautiful. So, so beautiful. Yeah, oh what a what a wonderful um perception for for listeners to listen to. And with that, we're gonna close out the podcast. Until next time, kind listeners, remember that you are the change you seek in the world. So make and be the change. Take care. Have a beautiful day.
SPEAKER_03Thank you so much, love. I love you. Beautiful day to everyone. Enjoy. Love you, many blessings. Bye.
