Episode 4
This week, Liz & Fi discuss some of the stories that were sent in during the first lockdown of 2020. We talk about the varying experiences and quality of care, the challenges they faced, and how they are now.
Becoming Mums received over 20 stories, of which 10 were featured across our 3 month piece and all of them told a different account of what it meant to 'Parent in a Pandemic'.
We hear from 3 women who experienced a range of emotions concerning birth, becoming a new parent and homeschooling and what it meant during the time of Covid-19. The stories are read by actors to protect the womens' identities.
You can read all the stories at www.becomingmums.com or via our Facebook & Instagram pages.
