The questions asked in this episode: what does it feel like to be suicidal, why do people become suicidal, why do people commit suicide, why suicide is not the answer, if you are suicidal, how can I save myself, how can I support someone who may be suicidal, and what resources are available for me? Together, we can break the stigma behind suicide and help others start the conversation.
