This week we talk to Henry and Craig, two serving Army soldiers, about the Hills & Minds group that they have set up to help Veterans avoid isolation and reconnect with their Military family.
Based in Scotland they have created a group that supports itself through organised walks, with the unique military banter, camaraderie, oh and dogs!
Talking to these guys it’s incredibly humbling to know there are good people out there doing good things because they can, not because they are told to.
We need more of these ‘Good Apples’.
