This week’s thoughtful and insightful guest is a husband, leader, pastor, and pure girl dad. With his servant hearted and humble persona, he has encouraged thousands of people in life, through life, including the the two other people in this interview; myself and Markay, and has done so with a consistency and dedication that is truly an inspiration. A perseverer (If that’s a word. But I don’t think so), he has shown what it looks like to be strong when we’re weak, sing when we’re faint, and grow even when it hurts. An avid bike rider, runner, and fitness junkie, he as also modeled what it looks like to be a man who engages in intentional self care.
