Charlotte native, Tasha McCaskiel attended college at North Carolina A&T State University where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Journalism and Mass Communications with a concentration in Public Relations. With the desire to go into the entertainment business, Tasha relocated to NYC where she obtained her Master’s degree in Public Relations and Corporate Communication from New York University.
She is the founder of Black Girls in Media- a community for Black women in the media space that provides opportunities to network, share ideas and much more. Tasha is currently a content creator for HBO. In addition to her passion for media, Tasha owns her own clothing brand, ShopTashjMackk.
