So we"},{"speaker":"Rob Plevin","startTime":920.98,"endTime":924.13,"body":"were moving further apart and I"},{"speaker":"Rob Plevin","startTime":920.98,"endTime":924.13,"body":"knew what he desperately needed"},{"speaker":"Rob Plevin","startTime":924.16,"endTime":927.34,"body":"was more connection, there's a"},{"speaker":"Rob Plevin","startTime":924.16,"endTime":927.34,"body":"deeper approach needed. He talked about"},{"speaker":"Rob Plevin","startTime":930.94,"endTime":935.02,"body":"real motivation, intrinsic"},{"speaker":"Rob Plevin","startTime":935.02,"endTime":939.49,"body":"motivation and how our behaviour"},{"speaker":"Rob Plevin","startTime":935.02,"endTime":939.49,"body":"is largely dictated by our"},{"speaker":"Rob Plevin","startTime":939.49,"endTime":944.02,"body":"needs. Were basically hardwired"},{"speaker":"Rob Plevin","startTime":939.49,"endTime":944.02,"body":"to avoid that discomfort that I"},{"speaker":"Rob Plevin","startTime":944.02,"endTime":946.63,"body":"was talking about earlier. All"},{"speaker":"Rob Plevin","startTime":944.02,"endTime":946.63,"body":"that discomfort and"},{"speaker":"Rob Plevin","startTime":946.63,"endTime":950.38,"body":"unpleasantness.
