She"},{"speaker":"Emma Shackleton","startTime":1524.4599999999998,"endTime":1528.24,"body":"also built good rapport with"},{"speaker":"Emma Shackleton","startTime":1524.4599999999998,"endTime":1528.24,"body":"parents, and every Friday, they"},{"speaker":"Emma Shackleton","startTime":1528.24,"endTime":1530.4299999999998,"body":"would talk about what had"},{"speaker":"Emma Shackleton","startTime":1528.24,"endTime":1530.4299999999998,"body":"happened in the week, and they"},{"speaker":"Emma Shackleton","startTime":1530.4299999999998,"endTime":1534.12,"body":"would celebrate the successes."},{"speaker":"Emma Shackleton","startTime":1530.4299999999998,"endTime":1534.12,"body":"And what she did, which was"},{"speaker":"Emma Shackleton","startTime":1534.12,"endTime":1539.2199999999998,"body":"lovely, she gave the target card"},{"speaker":"Emma Shackleton","startTime":1534.12,"endTime":1539.2199999999998,"body":"to the parent on a Friday. And"},{"speaker":"Emma Shackleton","startTime":1559.29,"endTime":1562.26,"body":"you know what it's like, they"},{"speaker":"Emma Shackleton","startTime":1562.26,"endTime":1564.54,"body":"drop off the fridge, the dog"},{"speaker":"Emma Shackleton","startTime":1562.26,"endTime":1564.54,"body":"eats them, they get thrown in"},{"speaker":"Emma Shackleton","startTime":1564.54,"endTime":1568.26,"body":"the bin.
