There was a really"},{"speaker":"Simon Currigan","startTime":288.98,"endTime":293.03,"body":"interesting study that's bang up"},{"speaker":"Simon Currigan","startTime":288.98,"endTime":293.03,"body":"to date 2020, where researchers"},{"speaker":"Simon Currigan","startTime":293.03,"endTime":296.63,"body":"took a sample of 53 kids and"},{"speaker":"Simon Currigan","startTime":293.03,"endTime":296.63,"body":"then what they did was they"},{"speaker":"Simon Currigan","startTime":296.63,"endTime":300.44,"body":"restricted their sleep for a"},{"speaker":"Simon Currigan","startTime":296.63,"endTime":300.44,"body":"while. And we live in a more"},{"speaker":"Emma Shackleton","startTime":353.98900000000003,"endTime":357.409,"body":"round the clock on the go"},{"speaker":"Emma Shackleton","startTime":357.409,"endTime":361.21900000000005,"body":"society filled with technology."},{"speaker":"Emma Shackleton","startTime":357.409,"endTime":361.21900000000005,"body":"And the interesting thing is"},{"speaker":"Emma Shackleton","startTime":361.249,"endTime":366.409,"body":"many parents don't realize how"},{"speaker":"Emma Shackleton","startTime":361.249,"endTime":366.409,"body":"much sleep their kids need. So"},{"speaker":"Emma Shackleton","startTime":366.409,"endTime":369.799,"body":"what parents tend to do is"},{"speaker":"Emma Shackleton","startTime":366.409,"endTime":369.799,"body":"compare with friends have a chat"},{"speaker":"Emma Shackleton","startTime":369.799,"endTime":372.649,"body":"in the playgrounds, have a look"},{"speaker":"Emma Shackleton","startTime":369.799,"endTime":372.649,"body":"on Facebook or in a kid's"},{"speaker":"Emma Shackleton","startTime":372.649,"endTime":376.129,"body":"Whatsapp group.
