But they're"},{"speaker":"Simon Currigan","startTime":276.07,"endTime":279.90999999999997,"body":"experiencing big buildups in"},{"speaker":"Simon Currigan","startTime":279.90999999999997,"endTime":282.54999999999995,"body":"stress chemicals, like"},{"speaker":"Simon Currigan","startTime":279.90999999999997,"endTime":282.54999999999995,"body":"adrenaline, noradrenaline and"},{"speaker":"Simon Currigan","startTime":282.54999999999995,"endTime":286.18,"body":"cortisol. And the effect of"},{"speaker":"Simon Currigan","startTime":282.54999999999995,"endTime":286.18,"body":"those chemicals on the body is"},{"speaker":"Simon Currigan","startTime":286.18,"endTime":288.94,"body":"that they find it hard to"},{"speaker":"Simon Currigan","startTime":286.18,"endTime":288.94,"body":"concentrate and focus on their"},{"speaker":"Simon Currigan","startTime":288.94,"endTime":292.36,"body":"work, they might feel"},{"speaker":"Simon Currigan","startTime":288.94,"endTime":292.36,"body":"overwhelmed. And that leads to"},{"speaker":"Simon Currigan","startTime":292.36,"endTime":295.15,"body":"difficulty with emotional"},{"speaker":"Simon Currigan","startTime":292.36,"endTime":295.15,"body":"regulation, they might become"},{"speaker":"Simon Currigan","startTime":295.15,"endTime":298.93,"body":"highly emotional, you might see"},{"speaker":"Simon Currigan","startTime":295.15,"endTime":298.93,"body":"them crying or refusing. And you"},{"speaker":"Simon Currigan","startTime":298.93,"endTime":301.63,"body":"might see them become slightly"},{"speaker":"Simon Currigan","startTime":298.93,"endTime":301.63,"body":"more inflexible. When we feel"},{"speaker":"Simon Currigan","startTime":301.63,"endTime":305.23,"body":"stressed, we tend to want to"},{"speaker":"Simon Currigan","startTime":301.63,"endTime":305.23,"body":"take control of our environment."},{"speaker":"Simon Currigan","startTime":305.44,"endTime":308.32,"body":"And we become inflexible, we"},{"speaker":"Simon Currigan","startTime":305.44,"endTime":308.32,"body":"want to make choices about how"},{"speaker":"Simon Currigan","startTime":308.32,"endTime":311.74,"body":"things are done for ourselves."},{"speaker":"Simon Currigan","startTime":308.32,"endTime":311.74,"body":"It's only when we're calm, that"},{"speaker":"Simon Currigan","startTime":311.74,"endTime":314.53,"body":"we tend to be more flexible and"},{"speaker":"Simon Currigan","startTime":311.74,"endTime":314.53,"body":"happy to attempt things in"},{"speaker":"Simon Currigan","startTime":314.53,"endTime":317.32,"body":"different ways and take other"},{"speaker":"Simon Currigan","startTime":314.53,"endTime":317.32,"body":"people's opinions and go with"},{"speaker":"Simon Currigan","startTime":317.32,"endTime":320.53,"body":"the flow more.
