Emily Marquis is a Clinical Health and Wellness Coach, board-certified NBC-HWC, healthcare training consultant, and yoga instructor.Combining 20 years of human resources and health coaching experience, Emily works with individuals, groups, and organizations in support of creating healthy habits for a sustainable lifestyle change. Drawing from her professional training and personal health challenges; she has experience in preventing, reducing, and managing chronic illnesses from stress to sleep to weight loss to work-life balance. Her focus is on empowering those to have strong mental health through lifestyle medicine. Emily also partners with clinics to create a village for clients to best support their well-being. In addition to private & group coaching, has worked as a health coach in research studies with Dartmouth College and University of Louisville, and is an adjunct professor at Emory University, Northwestern Health Sciences University, University of Vermont, and UC San Diego;  and is on the faculty at MindBodyGreen in the NBHWC program. Emily has contributed to many media outlets and podcasts sharing knowledge and support in a fun and articulate way. Emily lives in Southwest, Colorado with her family and loves the balance between a good TV show and an outdoor adventure.
