A Los Angeles mom and her two teenage/young adult daughters (21 and 19) are the Bachelor Nation Newbies. The Newbies discovered The Bachelor during the pandemic in Spring of 2020 when watching the 2009 Jason Mesnick Season on Netflix.

The topics are wide and varied including Zach's privilege oozing out of his pores as he whines about having "no more room service" post Covid; Jess trying to explain to Zach her love language but he sees it as a "disconnect"; is Kat losing her edge for the Final Four spot; how Zach seems to be a different, better person in Ariel's presence and somehow the conversation ends with an uncomfortable mom/daughter conversation involving BDSM. HUH?
