Bachelor Nation Newbies
A Los Angeles mom and her two teenage/young adult daughters (21 and 19) are the Bachelor Nation Newbies. The Newbies discovered The Bachelor during the pandemic in Spring of 2020 when watching the 2009 Jason Mesnick Season on Netflix.
Each week we're sharing both our newbie Bachelor Nation perspective and glimpses into our family dynamics during an unedited conversation about life, love and everything in between as we use The Bachelor/The Bachelorette as a conduit for a fresh, mom/daughters conversation. Perfect for a Bachelor fix on your daily dog walk or while folding laundry. Whether you're new like us, a veteran BN fanatic or just interested in topics like love, dating, mom/daughter relationships, moving away to college, feminism, reality television, life with a Husky, an old Chihuahua, and much more - join us as our bachelor journey continues to unfold.

Episode 3: The Newbies Have a Late Night Discussion about The Utter Confusion of the Mrs. Right Pageant and the Value of "Intimacy Accelerators."
The Newbies battle through some Monday night low energy to discuss the nosedive that Joey's love journey took during Episode 3. With Bachelor producers struggling to make BIG drama between Maria and Sidney when it's really NO drama is all just a bit depressing.
Other topics include the Newbies discussing the value of pageants and why Phoebe never decided to be in one; the fact that Sidney is obviously a plant in this season; why Joey is so fine to play along with all this Bachelor crap; the fact that Joey didn't replace the magnetic part of Daisy's implant when she asked if he wanted to touch it; the value of doing scary things together (like surfing) on a first date; the new term the Newbies have coined - "intimacy accelerator" and much more!
