It’s a stone cold fact that you can only successfully work so many hours. Working hours on end is a fast recipe for a painful and sudden disaster, however There are many options to change his pattern. Much like going for some therapy, you should find something that gives you a break from the daily grind and you honestly need this in order to be more productive. For me personally it’s music and having colleagues and fellow musicians around me as well as other peers to be creative from musical side, having ability to bounce an idea each other and collectively create something that the audience seems to love.
