What's your Follow Thru, Are You Documenting Potential Problems for this Weeks Sunday Morning Minutes 5/23/21
We’ve all had those customers and clients no matter how hard we try to make the job the best possible , the outcome does not always fall in line with our standards. A good way to minimize this as much as possible is to document and take pictures of potential problems on the job site as well as any Extra steps that were taken by your crew and your office. Careful documentation is so much easier today because you can literally talk it into a phone, and stored in your CRM program for permanent record. In this episode of Sunday morning minutes we talk about final fall through any importance of documenting these liabilities.
