You’ve probably heard the saying ‘an apple a day keeps the doctor away,’ and while a light bulb is not healthy lighting, it humble light bulb does have the power to transform your results.

My guest in this episode is Dr Shelley James, an international expert on light and well-being, TedX and keynote speaker, WELL Advisor and Visiting Lecturer at the Royal College of Art, a trained glass artist and electrician.
