Sunday, February 13th, we explored the roles words play in shaping our identities and communities. We use many words to express ourselves and how we move through the world. With varying specificity, they help us communicate our genders, sexualities, ethical frameworks, spiritualities, and more. Like many tools, they can make life easier to navigate. And sometimes they can get in our way when finding and building community with one another.
