The gentleman aka Donald Paradis and Today's topic. First of all, we back at it and full effect. Listen, I had to go ahead and Open up another chakra point in my spiritual space so that I can give you even more greatness on a consistent basis. And it required me to follow what I teach, drink my own freaking Kool Aid. And there's one thing that I mentioned in my first book, but when I was revising the book, I discovered there was a principle that I ignored in my own personal life that was affecting my production and my ability to stay on point. So I want to end with that. Offer my deepest apology for the long gap in, in production and producing because I've been seeing the consistency of what the media is being put out there and what needs to be put out there to counter act this nonsense against the industry that I love, not because of what they do, but because who they are as how I know them from being. In their space intimately. as a practitioner, as a servicer. So it's nothing reckless around it. It is intent entertainment, but there's also a humanity that these people exist in a spirit that they have, that they're not trying to let others take away from it. And I'm just their defender, so to speak, because I know who they are and I've been where they've been. And because that was the place I was in that I found where my greatness lie dormant and was able to unlock it so that I can speak to you carefully and clearly with a level of conviction that no one can take away from me. The topic that I want to hit On that is there let them know who you are where they thou shall respect my shit You feel what i'm saying thou shall respect who I am and what I am rather You don't have to like me. But what we say is you will respect me now. I want to give bring precedence to literal, Leaderships that people may have recognized and, and know that are in modern day influencers. And one thing I want to use is that one thing that we must acquire and maintain. And I, this is rule one in my book, pain the profits, the revised version of defined by purpose, my original book and rule one. This is the very first rule. And the game is respect is earned and never given. Why? Because without respect, there is fear. And there's one of two things that's going to happen. Well, it's basically three. Always know that there's three. They're either going to respect you, they're going to fear you, or they're going to try you. And what I've learned from going through this process, learning it in the game is that you cannot operate in a high level without gaining the respect of not only yourself, but the peers around you. Now, that doesn't make you the most likable person on the planet every time, but it gives a lot. People, a presidents, a sense of boundaries that they know not to cause without fearing the repercussions. See, we understand that the law of karma, the universal law of karma, which means cause and effect, there will be no action without a reaction. There will be no yin without no yang. There was, there was the, the, the principle that created the golden rule, do unto others as others would do unto you. So in the law that we call the respect game, then there's going to be a place where that you have to command the respect. Now, most people, when we go out into our jobs and we go out into our lives and we go out into relationships, you on average offer some form of respect or at least at, Adherence to a certain set of rules, but what I didn't understand was what has been put out into these social medias and on these platforms of where is it valid to have the disrespect in your intimates place in your personal space? Where is it valid to allow that out of fear? Was the question I was asked last night Well when you got into these intimate relationships with people that you once you became more familiar more Clear that they're not as standoffish as they used to at there at you may have perceived them for example we always talk about relationships because relationships are the literal core catalyst of Connections and growth. Now the family is the nucleus of, longevity, but relationships is the catalyst that makes it happy. You feel what I'm saying? So when you're establishing a relationship we know that there's a point where that you present yourself pleasurable or a place where that people are not offended by you. But as the relationship goes further. And it's for man or female. That's why I'm not being specific on a gender because men can get greasy once they get the honey. Women can get breezy once they get the money. It can get real ugly and disrespectful when the common denominator is the respect. Like what? Validates a person to now choose not to respect you any for or lose value once they got what they want. Well, let's break this down. What is it about you that gives off an aura that Allow that puts people in a place that makes them lose respect for you when they once have it or not really respect you at all because they had an intention. So let's, let's break this down. Let's get real with it. Well, I can speak in my space where that my aura. At one point had to get broken. It had to be beat up and bullied to get toughened up. Why? Because with all due respect, I was raised majority around women and I was in my mother's house. I wasn't in my father's house as much. And what the argument was, can a woman raise a man to be a real man? And my honest answer is not exactly, no, not thoroughly. Now, what you can raise a man to be is very respectful, honorable, and have a admiration for their mothers, their sisters, their women around them. An admiration, a respect for them where that now, You know that these are people, but these are sacred blings on this planet that were divinely designed to be a support, a nurture, a place where that there is help and love in a place that you can find peace. This is the nature of it, but there's not necessarily the reality of how this, how it really is. So in my space. I was raised around women, but these women were vengeful. They were angry. They were malicious. They were upset at the actions of how the man that they desired, that they wanted, that they loved, treated them. I caught the reaction or repercussions from that neglect. Now, growing up in that space put me in the area when I was in the exotic entertainment world, where that I thought that I had to move in that same subservient space because what happens in exotic entertainment for the female end, she creates an aura about herself that makes the man submit to her and become subservient because she has elevated herself to a different level. God, this space, she has put herself on a platform that now has raised her vibration over the man that allowed themselves to be subjugated. But since I was programmed and I'm speaking on myself, I was programmed to be submissive to them. Then I didn't understand how to operate in my true greatness and who I truly was because it violated my natural core. Person as a, as a man, but as a person, I knew that there was a certain level of respect that just had to happen to be there for me to command the authority that I wanted to have to command the respect that I must have just to, Exist in a world that does not respect the weak at all. They only respect the strong. They only respect the bold. They only respect those who have set the precedence that they are not to be fucked with. Let me be clear. The respect is earned is never given because if they don't respect you, if they don't fear you, they will try you. And you ever been in a place where that people keep trying your weakness and it's trusting it as if you were weak. And when you feel that you're weak, then you got to show them better than you can tell them. And you got to act a little crazy or become a little, deranged, disrespectful. Why? Because they have now tried you at a point where that you have got to your tipping point. And when you've got to the tipping point now, they like what happened where you went? well, we know by the law of oneness and a wall of connection that everything is Interconnected to each other which means that you had a build up on it And when you had that build up on it, you had to got to a point Boiling point. I mean a hot a boiling water when you get into that boiling water And it gets to the point that it's going so hot that it's shaking the table. It's shaking the top It's shaking the top eventually you're gonna hear that kettle go Yes, and at that point, you know that this bad boy is boiling so hot that it's shooting off so much steam That you need to shut that stove off and fix it and correctly properly approach that motherfucker so you don't burn yourself so you can get the sweetness That's really what they're trying to offer you instead. You won't get burned So what I'm saying is that there is a point where that after you reach that point Tipping point. And you start going off that you start blaming other people attacking other people off that same stem when I just was redirected at just the one point or the one person. Or the direct heat that was only being applied from that one stove you get what I'm saying It's the time that you must be respected But you also gotta keep in mind that it came from a place that built up from another place And what you want to do and what I strongly suggest, and this is the mind of the exotic prenuer is once you get to that level of boiling point, look at where is it coming from? Why are you so upset? What is it about them that made you so mad that you gave them enough power to get you off your square? And what I'm suggesting is that use first, Come off the bill and set the president's that a I'm not the one now We do this a lot in the Detroit area We do this a lot in areas where that is more hard boiled Because you don't see this as the the high levels of deception on the corporate level in the more mainstream level Why because they hide their deceptions they hide their skinchiness with Policies and procedures. So you can't see how they can maneuver. You only catch it when they, when they do it behind your back and then you have to react. So what, so how do you do or work against this is you set the presidents up front. You said it, you let it clear to be known. This is how you move and this is who you are and what you can, and what happens once they understand that you're just not the one, then they will respect that and not come at you with the same bullshit that they will try with everybody else. Cause I see, you see that even when you go to your job, you ever been at your job and you've been doing your job. Perfectly without failure, without complaining, nothing of the sort. But then all of a sudden they start throwing other work on you because they know that Susie over there don't want to do it. And you, cause you said yes, all the time that you want to do it. And it's really Susie's job. And instead of telling the supervisor, Hey, Susie got to do her job or replace her. You, they sit up there and just. Just throw that job on you. And now you're doing Suzie job and your job plus some of the supervisors job because he been he or she has been too weak to stand up to Susie because Susie has set her boundaries. Well guess what? That doesn't work for nobody, not does it No, it doesn't. So what you have to do is set the presidents like, listen, I am respectful for the person that in the places that I am at. And when I come across people that are not wanting to do their job or be respectful and be cooperative with the space that we're both called in the place to do, then you got to let them know you will respect me just like they will respect her. And now the supervisor has to coincide or manage this space. And this is when the supervisor I'm referring to in a metaphorical place of God. God is the mediator. God, the highest conscious, whatever your spiritual or highest conscious belief system is, you have to consult the highest level and find a happy medium. You know, that be your supervisor that can be your boss. Well, we know that the universe God Allah, the omnipotent one is the highest boss. And they're the principles that they have laid out. It's very cut and dry and one of the cut and dry places thou shall respect my gangsta Thou shall respect me because we know by the law of karmatic energy that there is a good that for every action there is an equal and powerful reaction and for and there's another law in there The law of polarity, just like the law of duality, however, you want to discern his pace. That means they're on one extreme. There is a light and on opposite the stream. There is a dark and they're always in existing of each other. There is always going to be a parallelism, which means that whichever side that they want to bring out or Insight to be seen is literally up to them. So we can have a good side or we got a bad side, however you want to play with it. The thing that you must acknowledge is that you have that within you. The people that you instruct and, and let them know which the option that you can receive the light or you can leave the dark. Right now I'm being cool. So I am gray, I'm neutral. And this is how we go through our life. The thing is, is that when you come across people that want to test you. Give them exactly what they're looking for. And I, I really mean that give them, if they want to give you goofy, you show them what goofy is and they want to give you light. Do you give them the same bright light that they want to share with you, but you let it be known, this is who you are and what you stand on so that you not. What you're not being played with you're actually being respected. So you see what are the three people that I really highly respect and understand and genuinely love as a people that I personally have met got to know and recognize who and what they are and where their perspectives are. And that's Stormy Wellington. Myron Golden and Grant Cardone, to be exact and the, it's a whole bunch of other people. but Not just Grant Cardone and 19 keys now What is it about these four people and what is it about them that makes them so dynamic These four people all have very clear common denominators, even though How you receive them are totally different. Yet their principles of who they are and who they are, are very similar and work in the same space of the respect factor, as in, you know, who they are, you know, what they stand on, you know, exactly what principles that they operate on and, and where they're coming from. So they're going to exactly attract who they're called to serve and no more Oh, no, less. You might get some anomalies, and that's just a law of randomness, the law of averages, but the core principle of who they are is exactly what they're attracting. Let's prove the point. When you look, when you, when you see Myron Golden, majority of his followers are Christians. They follow the Christian doctrine because that's the interest Energy that he put out. He made it clear. I am to be respected and, and I, and I only work with on the principles that's based on his Lord and savior, Jesus Christ, based off the, Holy Bible as a acting, practicing Christian and his whole demographic. Majority of it is all Christians, middle, to upper middle class affluent. men and women that are Christian. Literally, but yet they do business together. Stormy claimed that she was a Christian, so to speak. Her demographic is a complete opposite. Majority of her following and support system are women are African American, black, predominantly black women who have experienced or come from traumatic, traumatic homes, but yet they got money. They have leveled up some form of way. So they have a level of sassiness and bad assness that made them Very difficult to have an intimate relationship with, but very affluent to have a professional business relationship with. So they have now, that's her crowd. That's who cuts third to check through through companies and through recession and through social media. Greg Cardone, who is country cornbread fed, country bunking white boy, white man, white man who grew up in an era where that traditional white work ethics was there and he works with an attract, Republican, basically decent financially. Intelligent men and women from all over the world, predominantly white African and middle Eastern, because I walked into the rooms that he was managing, overseeing, and attracting. And that's majority what I saw. Very little American black men. They mostly was up older middle aged or older black men. The rest was Other nationalities and other cultures that was in that room and predominantly white men or white families I should say predominantly white people that were in that place that work with him But his principles and games was very clear and what it is. His money is the real estate game So he works with them. He don't deny his his religious or political affiliation And then you had 19 keys, the young, the young guy, the man who is in his mid early thirties and very affluent thought leader that that's now motivating the masses from a Muslim Islamic space based off the principles of authenticity, scientific energy, and truth. Where that all of these people came from different spectrums raised in different homes, even some experiencing traumatic, high traumatic places for grant. It was being poor, even though his father left his mom some money, but he still ended up meeting poverty. Cause his mom didn't have a financial intelligence. Myra golden born with polio and Born and developing polio where his one leg is shorter than the other and his and which put him in a very disrespected and degraded space growing up, even though he had brothers in a large family. 19 keys, born Islamic Muslim, me coming across loss, meeting different obstacles. Being an artist, but he's young and in charge right now, you know, and we, and stormy well, the two who grew up in a very tumultuous trauma driven household where her mom was on all type of different things. And she was out here doing whatever she had to do to survive, including shaking it like she made it. You feel me? All of these things was a common denominator and they all lacked financial intelligence. They all lacked financial education. They all had some form of trauma. They all took control of that trauma and turned it into a greater space. And they all established one Common denominator and that's respect. So when you know who's you are and you set those presidents publicly so that people know how to approach you, how to respect you with the form.
