In this segment, I'll share some of the dark sides of being a high performer, such as the risk of burnout, imposter syndrome, and the struggle to maintain personal relationships amidst the drive for success.

Segment 4: Finding Balance Between Success and Work-Life Balance
Finally, in the last segment of the episode, I discuss the importance of finding a balance between the pursuit of success and maintaining a fulfilling work-life balance. I share some practical tips and strategies that I've found helpful in my own life and in the lives of the high performers I've coached. By creating a healthy balance, we can not only enjoy our achievements but also the journey that leads to them.
